This spacious secluded villa is located just off the centre of the resort of Gumbet; within 5 minutes walking distance of all the amenities

From the furnished rooftop sun-terrace you can enjoy extensive views of the surrounding area and hillside, while enjoying endless hours of sunbathing.

The villa has 3 double, air-conditioned bedrooms, including one with Bunk Beds which can be separated if required, and 2 large family bathrooms, one with a washing machine. Downstairs, there is an additional WC/hand basin. There are 2 music systems in the Villa with an iPOD docking facility as well as USB, CD and Radio functions. We have recently added a full size Dishwasher to the Villa kitchen.

The villa has 3 double, air-conditioned bedrooms, and 2 large family bathrooms, one with a washing machine. Downstairs, there is an additional WC/hand basin. The large kitchen is a very well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker,dishwasher, etc. It has a spacious lounge, which is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, PS2 and a CD player.
All bedding, towels and kitchen utensils are provided. A baby cot is also provided.

The villa is newly decorated, equipped to a very high standard, and has a very homely feel and is suited to Families.

Further details outdoors:
To the rear of the villa is a covered patio with garden furniture, a BBQ and additional seating, which provides a private and comfortable area in which to eat and relax.
Arrangements have been made for villa guests to use the swimming pools of local hotels, which are meticulously cleaned and maintained every day, thus ensuring a clean and hygienic environment in which to swim and play. Use of these pools is completely free of charge to our guests.

“unforgettable” Other reviewers sum this house up very well. But the location, it cant be said enough. Outstanding. Walk anywhere, a wonderful restaurant 20 yards away - many more around the corner, up the street, minutes in any direction - spotless hotel pool free to use 3 minutes away - colourful crescent beach in five - stunning Aegean scenery surrounds you, go up to the windmills, its breath taking. Wade out a little way from the beach, the water's transparent, little fish swim away from you. The bay is beautifully sheltered, you can swim in warm calm water, I did , for the first time in my life. Dolmus buses are everywhere, getting around is cheap and fun. Boat trips and excursions by the dozen. In the evening go up to the roof ,sit under stars and listen for the Islamic call to prayer. Wonderful. “A quiet oasis of welcome, comfort and luxury” The house could not be more conveniently situated, a short stroll from all of the excellent amenities Gumbet town offers, a few yards to the beach and it's waterside restaurants and bars and close to a few small supermarkets where basic provisions can be bought at reasonable prices. The local bus stops at the corner of the street which offers access to nearby bustling Bodrum, with its fabulous castle, marina, and superb shops, as well as other destinations. It's difficult to describe the high quality of the house. It is decorated most beautifully with great taste and attention to detail. Every bedroom has its own character and is comfortably furnished to high standards. Offering great convenience the house has a bathroom on each of the three levels, one of which helpfully includes a washing machine. The cooling tiled floors throughout are welcome respite from the Turkish sun, but scattered with colourful rugs to add comfort and ambience. The living room features a traditional fireplace and is furnished with comfortable seating and offers entertainment in the form of large TV, Playstation + variety of games and a hi-fi. Adding to the fantastic inventory, the sizeable kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could want and more, making preparation and cooking of family meals simple and effective and making eating out a non essential. Just outside the kitchen door there is a large covered patio area with full dining suite, which it lit in the evenings allowing al fresco dining at any time of the day. Similarly the well furnished, covered roof terrace offers fabulous views over Gumbet, and it's surrounding hills and a glimpse of the turquoise sea. Again the sun loungers, BBQ, music and twinkling lights offer a great opportunity to relax at any time of the day. Staying in this house is an absolute pleasure. The owners are extremely friendly and will really go the extra mile to make every individual guest feel welcome. “Fantastic doesn't come close” I have been to Gumbet before but usually stay in a hotel. This time we rented this villa and I can't say enough about it. From the start we were made to feel important and the owner of this villa is the most friendly funny person. I felt like I'd known him for years. It is nice that he is available on the phone and you get that personal touch. We were given all the advise we needed about the area, shops, bars etc. He arranged our transfers from and to the airport and there were no problems what so ever. On arrival at the villa, we were blown away by the standard of the property. It really is lovely and we felt at home immediately. The roof terrace is fantastic and amazing at night, just sitting with a few drinks and taking in the ambience of the area. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes from the beach and bars alike. I don't do hills so was pleased that this villa is central to everything you could want without a hike to get there. The people in the local bars and restaurants are so friendly and nothing is to much of a problem. The hotel next door lets you use their facilities and the pools there were great. We had one of our best holidays there this year and will definitely be going back next year. “The perfect residence for a family holiday” Having stayed at this property for a total of four months over four years I can highly recomend it for a family holiday.It is spotlesley clean and well maintained. It is fully air conditioned and contains everything you would find in your own home. It is truly home from home. In fact when I walk in I feel I am back home. Five minutes walk and you are on the beach, Two minutes and you are at the shops and bars. A bus service to Bodrum passes the house every few minutes which will stop for you. “Alittle piece of heaven!” My first time in this villa, my first time in Gumbet and my first time in Turkey; would I go back and stay in all three again? Absolutely yes! The villa owners ensured they responded to my booking enquiry very quickly and were extremely helpful in answering my seemingly endless questions, providing additional local guidance and arranging airport transfers; both of which were seamless upon arriving and departing. The villa is superb; ideally located in the centre of Gumbet so all main shops, restaurants, bars and the beach are within very easy reach. It is very tastefully decorated inside and spotlessly clean; each bedroom provides plenty storage for clothes, there is an abundance of fresh clean towels and bed linen. Both lounge and kitchen are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of kitchen appliances. The roof top terrace is a beautiful addition to the property, allowing endless hours of sun catching or just to take in the lovely views of the surrounding area. Overall it is an extremely safe and comfortable property to stay in; it felt very much like 'home from home', which, to me, is the simplest but biggest compliment I could give it. “Everything I wanted plus more” I had no need to seek out my transfer transport on arrival, as large board with my name on it at arrivals door greeted me.
