Villa Poseidon is a fantastic modern holiday home for families seeking relaxation by a Large Private Pool in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and also wishing to be in close proximity to a very lively City Centre.

This beautiful Villa in Central Bodrum and its location offer just that.

You can enjoy the Villa and relax by the large pool and when you wish, in no time, you can find yourself embraced by the offerings of Touristic Central Bodrum ( bars, restaurants, shops, the seafront, Bodrum (St. Peter's) Castle and the Marina...).

The historic and hugely popular Bodrum Town Centre is within easy reach (10 minute easy-flat walk) to discover its history, riches and joys.The Town Centre is also the place to go for services provided to further discover the splendid Bodrum Peninsula and surrounding areas.

Villa Poseidon in Central Bodrum is a three-storey Holiday Home :

LOWER GROUND FLOOR is accessed from our private road through a remote-controlled secure garage. It has a large double room, a bathroom, a utility room and a flight of stairs leading up to the Ground Floor.

GROUND FLOOR accommodates the sitting room ,the kitchen and dining area with doors to a large balcony and a cloak-room.This Floor is accessed from our private road through a metal gate and travertine steps that lead up to the main entrance door, as well as to the Balcony and the Pool area.

TOP FLOOR has three bedrooms, a large balcony and two bathrooms, one being en suite.

The large Private Pool is 4mX10m with plenty of sunbathing area and sunbeds.The shallower oval end is 1.35m and the square deeper end is 1.75m deep.

This Holiday Home is exceptionally well-built, damp-proofed, fully heat-insulated and air-conditioned.

Electrically operated Underfloor Central Heating provides further comfort in the Villa for those who wish to enjoy the mild Bodrum winters.

English-speaking and privacy respecting owners live across the road from Villa Poseidon and will be more than happy to help you or answer any queries that you might come up with in relation to your holiday ideas.

The owners will also be taking care of the pool, the garden and the plants for you.

There is a "Breakage Deposit" of €500 to be paid cash on arrival.

This deposit is normally refunded before departure in case of no damage.

Electricity consumption is paid before departure and the charge is calculated with the local rate (the electric meter will be read on arrival and departure). Consumption could vary daily from €5 to €15 depending on number of guests and usage for the summer months.

Optional standard mid-holiday cleaning fee is €100.

There will be no additional cleaning fee charged at the end of holiday, provided that the Property is left reasonably clean and tidy.

No charge will be made for the use of water.

The Villa will be ready for guests after 4 pm on arrival day.Check-out time is by 10 am on departure day.Alternative arrangements are to be negotiated with the owners.

The Private Pool is unheated and will normally be functional from 1st of May till end of October (ie not normally operational from 1st of November till 1st of May).

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mustafa and Neena (the owner) a message.

If Mustafa and Neena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
