This 4 bedroom private villa is located at the bay of Gundogan in bodrum, with a spectacular sea view from the entrance as well as the swimming pool. We have 2 identical villas in our property, the one on the photos is for rent. The other house is not rented, we occasionally use it as our own holiday house. The area is quiet and is ideal for a relaxing holiday for families and couples, and still entertainmet is several minutes away. Specially great for children, the space is big and safe, they can run, bike, play and enjoy themselves in the pool. There are lovely restaurants, especially fish restaurants on the shore.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Gundogan is a traditional authentic fishing village, known in antiquity as Farilya. There are all sorts of restaurants including fish restaurants on the shore, where you can have a wonderful diner enjoying the view and the weather. Water sports are available on the beach which is one of the longest on the Bodrum Peninsula. The area is also great for trekking, exploring the nearby countryside, the olive and tangerine gardens.
Bodrum / Gundogan area
Gundogan is great in all seasons, its not hot like central Bodrum, you can stay out all day even in the hottest months. Bodrum is 18 km., where all sorts of restaurants, night clubs and entertainmet is available. Apostol island ruins from a Byzantine church can be visited with a short boat ride.
How to get there
Bus, taxi and car rental are available from Bodrum airport to Gundogan. You can hire a car from Gundogan too, or use a taxi or buss to Bodrum and other bays. Bus Stop is 5 minutes walking distance. Gundogan shore is 7 minutes by walk.

Further details indoors: The house has a large living room, dining room and kitchen on the first flore, they are all open which makes a large living space. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 of them have a sea view. There is a bathroom both on the first and second floors. Linens, sheets and towels are provided. Washing machine, dishwasher available. The site keeper is responsible of the weekly care and cleaning of the house, beside this routine care you can also contact him for any further help.
Further details outdoors: We have a private swimming pool and garden with sea view, one terrace on the first floor also with sea view, in front of the living room, a terrace balcony on the second floor. We also have a large parking space at the back of the house.
