Ideal for families or friend groups this 2006 built apartment is situated on the ground floor. Views over Bodrum Bay from the lounge, opening out onto a sizeable patio set in beautiful landscaped garden ideal for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Large swimming pool, plus a shallow mini pool perfect for children.

With 3 bedrooms a spacious dining area and comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and all modern conveniences this self catering apartment, on a small complex of 24 apartments and 6 villas, offers something for everyone. The best of pretty and peaceful locations, just a skip and jump from as much culture, activity, action as you can fit into one day, or night with all the restaurants, bars and clubs! Something for everyone.

All bedrooms are fully fitted with aircon, wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Beds lift up for extra storage (ideal for putting suitcases away), and all have orthopaedic mattresses.

Bodrum's only Tennis Centre is just adjacent to the complex.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Turkey's Mediterranean shore is nearly 1600 kms long and scattered with fine sand beaches, classic cities and picturesque ruins. The taurus (Toros) mountains form a dramatic backdrop along much of the coast, often dropping steeply right into the sea. The south coast of Turkey the perfect place for some fine coastal and inland walking. We can visit the famous sunken city of Kekova by sea kayaks, the remains of the Lycian city of Arycanda, as well as the ruins near to Kas.

The weather is hot in Summer, warm in Spring and Autumn and mild in the Winter. Whether your trip to Turkey is for a Mediterranean seaside holiday, to visit Istanbul's museums and galleries or just to enjoy Turkish cuisine, The Turquoise Coast has something for everyone!

The Bodrum / Central Bodrum area

Nestled in the hillside on the outskirts of the town, the small beautifully maintained Heredot Complex is just 10 -15 mins stroll from local amenities and a few more minutes to the beachfront and the bar fronted promenade that follows the Bay around to Halikarnos - Bodrum's open air niteclub. Alternatively, walk towards the Marina, through the quaint cobbled streets lined with traditional shops, restaurants, boutiques and designer outlets, that lead round to the atmospheric Castle and Marina where you can take a day trip on a traditional gullet or the Duty Free ferry to the Greek Island of Kos, or simply relax in one of the many waterfront cafes or fresh fish restaurants.
Visit the weekly market to catch a bargain, or a Dolmus to visit the WaterPark or Bodrums Amphitheatre or even other attractions in close neighbouring resorts, such as Gumbet, Calis, Turgetreis and Torba. Many outlets offer trips to historic sites such as Pammakule and Ephesus. Your stay here can be as lively or relaxing as you wish.

Bodrum has an incredibly rich past, there's the Castle of St.Peter or head to one of the archaeological sites nearby such as Caunus, Ephesus and Heraclia. There's lots to see and do with diving schools and equipment hire, the waterpark for the kids, great nightlife, intimate seaside cafes and streetside bars.

From the central bus station you can get to Gumbet, Bitez, Gundogen and Turgetreis. The sheltered bay of Gumbet features one of the longest and most popular beaches on the peninsula, the water is warm and the shallows gradually slope from the shore.

We had a fantastic few days in bodrum. The villa was very welcoming with an enjoyable relaxing atmosphere.
I thought the price was very reasonable for the villa and good location, it was also very secure and not too crowded, even for 8 people. I would recommend this to any group that are wanting a relaxing holiday with close access to shops, beach etc only a 15 minute walk. Nicola Roberts - November 2010

"This beautiful Villa Apartment is the perfect location for a vacation getaway. This Villa is conveniently located next to the beach and city centre consisting of a beautiful 10 minute walk while also providing a quiet and charming atmosphere necessary for any vacation. The other residents of the complex were extremely helpful, welcoming, and very friendly! The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable and everything we needed whether sheets, pillows, or cooking utensils were already provided for us. For a group of people I would definitely recommend this spot as it gives you the freedom of living in your own apartment and having the rest of Bodrum at your fingertips. Thank you Karen!
