Swan II complex is a newly built apartment block nestled in a quiet corner of the beautiful resort of Turgutreis. This spacious apartment is on the top floor, giving extensive views across Turgutreis Bay. The property is furnished to a very high standard, with 2 private balconies – providing the perfect place to relax and watch the setting sun each evening.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living area. A large shared patio area and swimming pool are available for use.
The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the sea front and the new marina. A few minutes walk from the complex, there is a small local shop where fresh bread and water can be purchased for a few YTL daily. There is also a large supermarket just over a five minute walk away.

The Bodrum Peninsula is one of the most beautiful places in the world. In recent years the small villages and coves along the peninsula have sprung up as small resorts. The landscape is stunning, and each of the resorts has it's own distintive character, whether it be the chic and very Turkish atmosphere of Turkbuku, the fishing village of Yalikavak, the waterfront lifestyle of Bitez, or the relaxing and friendly atmosphere of Turgutreis
Bodrum / Turgutreis area
The Town of Turgutreis Named after the great Turkish admiral Turgut Reis in the 16th Century this small town is approximately 25 km from Bodrum on the Southwest corner of the peninsula.
The building of the new marina has seen many new bars and restaurants; however, the town manages to maintain its wonderful village atmosphere.
The Saturday market is one of the largest and most popular in the area, offering the opportunity to buy fantastic seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as authentic souvenirs and plenty of bargains.
Activities Available: Whatever your ideal holiday, you will be sure to find something for you in Turgutreis.
The sandy beaches stretch the full length of the town, and many of the beachfront cafes and restaurants provide free use of sun-beds and parasols, where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.
For the more energetic holidaymakers there are local facilities for water sports including water-skiing and jet skiing. Pedalo’s and canoes are also available for hire. Alternatively, why not spend a day at the water park, which is only a 15-minute drive from the resort.
From the harbour there are many boats offering daily trips exploring the islands and the Bay of Turgutries. Lunch is usually included, and the opportunity to swim in the clearest of blue seas.
Day trips are also available during the summer months to the Greek Island of Kos, which is only half an hour away.
Getting Around: Holidaymakers do not need to hire a car, although this can be arranged through the main car hire companies, as well as the smaller local firms. Details of companies can be provided prior to arrival.
The apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the town centre and sea front, with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way!
Local bicycle hire is also available, and the local taxis are very reasonable.

Further details indoors: The apartment is large and spacious, furnished to a very high standard. The living area is open plan with a fitted kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils including hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large dining table which seats 8. The living area has a TV, DVD and sound system, two sofas and two armchairs which face the patio windows.These lead onto the 1st balcony. Here, there are outdoor dining facilities including B-B-Q where you can relax each evening and watch the spectacular sunset. There is also a large bay window to the side with views of the mountains.
There are three large bedrooms, all of which have double wardrobes and bed-side cabinets, with plenty of storage space for suitcases. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and through the patio windows the second balcony, upon which there are two huge beanbags for relaxing and enjoying an Efes or two. The second bedroom has a double bed, and also has sea views. The final bedroom has two single beds and enjoys views of the pool and patio area.
The two bathrooms are fitted with WC, power shower, sink and vanity unit. The washing machine is located in the main bathroom.
The apartment is also air-conditioned, with additional free-standing fans.
Further details outdoors: The Swan II complex was completed in August 2006 and contains three apartment blocks each with three apartments.
Our apartment is on the top floor of the middle block, which is situated alongside the shared pool (available May - October) and patio area. Sun-beds and cushions are also available for use.
