Our apartment is set in the centre of a beautiful town of Yalikavak close to Bodrum, on the Bodrum Peninsula. Our guests will benefit a very secluded location on a small complex with a large swimming pool, set amongst a mandarin grove and being only four minutes level walk from the sea, beach and the centre of the town of Yalikavak. There is a small supermarket within 100m of our apartment. The apartment is finished to a very high standard over looking a large swimming pool. You can easily spend the day lazing around the pool or on our large terrace to escape the hot midday sun, which is right next to the pool, or walk down to the beach, being just a few minutes away and have lunch in one of the many delightful restaurants along the beach front In the evening you can dine out at the many bars & restaurants in Yalikavak, which offer cheap fresh food or you can hop on a bus (Dolmus) and travel the 10 minutes to Bodrum town or Gumbet where you can let your hair down at the many bars and clubs Transfers can be pre-arranged to Bodrum Airport.

Yalikavak has an unspoilt beach and harbour, where there are plenty of good restaurants and bars to sit and watch those fabulous sunsets. Shops, banks and a weekly market are available in Yalikavak and there is easy access by dolmus to Bodrum Town or any other town on the peninsula
Bodrum / Yalikavak area
Yalikavak supports a thriving fishing harbour and a new world Marina where you will find a wide range of excellent restaurants serving fresh produce from the area. Directly behind the old harbour you will find a typical Turkish village with undercover shops and small bars where you can join with the local Turks, who are friendly and welcoming, for a drink. The coastal region is ideal for sailing and water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour. Yalikavak is known for its superb sunsets, unspoilt shoreline and the numerous windmills found in the vicinity. The wind that until recently turned the vanes of these working windmills, now fill the sails of the boats and windsurfers and provide a refreshing breeze on the long hot summer days. The village hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable market on the Bodrum Peninsula. Horse riding is also available in a near by village. The very old town of Bodrum has all the night life you may require together with a large selection of shops and many kinds of entertainment with cultural activities available. Bodrum town being only 15 minutes away, keeps the noise and flashing lights as you escape back to peaceful Yalika¬vak for a relaxing holiday.
How to get there
There are many regular chartered flights to Bodrum Airport (bjv) from companies such as Goldtrail, My Travel, Excel, Monarch, Thomsonfly, A1Travel, which fly from most UK airports. Yalikavak is 30miles from Bodrum airport and transfer time is approximately 45mins. Taxis are available from the airport although we can prearrange this before you fly at a cost of about £35 each way.

Further details indoors: Each apartment is finished with custom built hand-made furniture to an excellent standard. The kitchen dining room are open plan and open out onto a large balcony/terrace over looking the complex pool.
Further details outdoors: The terraces face onto the complexes large pool which has an an integrated children's pools. The complex is small and very open and spacious. The complex is not overlooked and very secluded. Each apartment has access to the roof terrace, which has views across Yalikavak and the ocean.
