About the home

The Villa is beautifully furnished, open view kitchen living area fully equipped, with air-conditioning in every room. the villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people (maximum) two double beds one twin bed can be separated (Fourth bedroom is designed as a childrens room sleeping two children or Adults on two separate single z-beds size 90x190 and their Mattresses are on top of the wardrobe in the twin bed room which is on the 1st floor )( one baby cot for a child age up to 5), 3 bathrooms (1 en suite) every bedroom has a balcony. We have a house keeper can be arranged to do all your cleaning and ironing on request.

Lie down on the swing in the garden. Enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious terraces and soak up the stunning views of Tuzla lake on the roof terrace and hopefully catch a glimpse of the flamingo's that flock to the lake throughout the year.

Our villa has house keeping service so when you arrive our villa will be spotless and when you leave too so you don't have to worry about cleaning, this is paid by us for your peace of mind.

Disabled access
The villa is wheelchair friendly with no steps on entrance and a downstairs bedroom. Access to the terraces from the terrace doors are without steps. Access to the garden via the front of the house without steps. Also very buggy/pram friendly, large hallway for storage.

Facilities

The private beach club with decking into the Agean sea is only 5 minutes away. Our villa resort has a host of facilities including a main pool with poolside bar and restaurant, aqua slides, 7 communal swimming pools, Indoor heated Swimming Pool, Mini-Golf, Ground Chess, Tennis, Volleyball, Fitness Centre, Sauna, Turkish bath, internet access, Excursion booking office, beauty centre, Shopping centre, Market, Restaurant, Bar, Private Beach club. There is also a local 6 Hole Golf Course and 24hr security. Regular shuttle buses take you to and from the nearby towns and villages and to the centre of Bodrum (only 25 minutes) so the shops, restaurants and bustling night life of this cosmopolitan town are never far away.

Tuzla Lake

Our villa is situated on a resort called Turquoise which benefits from many facilities including 7 swimming pools and a beach house as described in the next page Villa Turquoise overlooks Tuzla Lake. Tuzla Lake is formed by the deep inlet from the Gulf of Güllük and Mandalya Bay. This is perhaps one of the most stunning locations in Turkey. Home to a host of ancient ruins the lake is surrounded by mountains covered with Olive groves, Pine and Tamarisk trees. The area is particularly special as a natural bird sanctuary; throughout the year a large variety of rare birds including Pelicans, Flamingos and White Storks can be seen flocking to the wetlands (we have binoculars for you to see). The Turquoise site itself covers two valleys and hillsides, the contours of the land allowing for spectacular views of Tuzla lake, the sea and mountains. To get to Bodrum take the coastal road for approx 20 minutes.

A full detailed email about the villa will be sent to you after booking, note please turn off all air conditioning if you are out all day thank you. Our villa does not have a pool instead we have a garden, main pool is 5minutes walk with two water slides, Gym, Tennis court, Crazy golf, Ground Chess, Turkish Spa and Bath, indoor heated pool, Restaurant and a bar, and shops.

£200 Deposit is required which covers, accidental damages on the property plus confirms your booking. The balance due 8 weeks prior to departure

No smoking (allowed outside and on balconies only)

The rental price includes ALL reasonable bills.

Once you have booked and paid for your stay you will receive the Villa manual with details on how to use everything at the villa including details on the nearby towns with tips and suggestions on what to do and where to go.

At the Villa you will be greeted by our key holder Mr Leonard Graham who also lives in Turquoise site a few doors away please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have about the villa or site or contact us direct.

Easy jet to Bodrum airport, taxi or hire car from Bodrum air port 15 minutes drive to our villa driving towards Bodrum


The flight time to Turkey is approximately 4 hours from the UK. Turquoise Resort is 15 minutes drive from Bodrum/MIlas Airport which is just what you need after a long flight. On confirmation of your reservation, detailed directions will be sent to you should you want to hire a car from the airport. Car hire and transfers can be arranged for you should you so wish.

Direct flights from the UK are available all year round. We have flown with Thomas Cook Airlines, Thomson and Monarch, and Easy jet it just depends where you're flying from.

Izmir Airport is two hours drive from Bodrum should you fly to Izmir.
