This villa is built as a bungalow, with split levels to the bedrooms. It has a large basement area housing a games room including table tennis, pool table and board games. It offers everything a visitor could want – a large garden area, with its own pool, and private parking. It is only 15 minutes walk into the hustle and bustle of town. Bodrum castle is a spectacular sight lighting up the evening sky. For peace and tranquillity return to the villa for a refreshing dip in the private pool (35m2) or head for the beaches just 15 minutes away. Local buses (Dolmus) run from close to the villa, taxis can be called easily. Enjoy the lounge area, with fire place opening out to pool terrace. Main and 2nd bedroom have their own terraces. Kitchen opens out onto pool terrace. The villa has air conditioning in the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms. This is a wonderful holiday home! Undoubtably the best area to stay in Bodrum: close proximity to the town and yet tucked away on the hillside for relaxing and tranquil moments.

Bodrum is a fascinating and beautiful peninsular dotted with villages, all with their own particular charm, character and atmosphere. Bodrum itself offers different aspects depending on your point of view. firstly it is the ancient city of Halicarnassus - with ruins and historic monuments on every corner including the crusader castle and the Roman amphitheatre. Bodrum is also a cosmopolitan tourist destination of the 21st century, a playground suitable for all ages and bank accounts. Restaurants abound and bars are legion. During the summer months there is a jazz festival as well as numerous performances of music, dance and theatre. There are also at least 4 permanent art exhibitions.

Further details indoors: The villa was completed in Autumn 2006. Main entrance opens on to lounge area, with large pool facing windows opening onto terrace. It has a large separate kitchen, opening up to pool terrace, next to kitchen is a toilet and laundry room. Bedrooms are on split levels from the lounge. Upstairs is the large main bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area. Down stairs are 2 twin bedrooms one with its own terraces . Around the villa terraces there are extra chairs and loungers for comfort at all times of the day. Umbrellas are around the pool. Large dining table around the pool with own chairs. Basement area has 2 sofa beds and 1 table tennis table. It boasts extensive gardens incorporating lawned areas (suitble for football), paths, flowers and olive, lemon and orange trees. An outside shower completes the picture.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set in 1,000msq land, with walls and fences surrounding it. There is plenty of space all around the villa for relaxing outside. Numerous garden and pool lights are fitted so that you can entertain or swim in the evening. Ample area at the front of the villa for parking numerous cars. The villa also has a selection of toys for children aged 1-6 and has 3 bicycles for the same age group.
