The apartment is in an elevated position overlooking Yalikavak & beyond to the blue Aegean sea. It is on a small secluded and peaceful site surrounded by olive groves and green hills. The apartment is the middle one of three which has an extra large terrace from which to enjoy views over the landscaped gardens and the fabulous pools (one large pool and a smaller child's pool). The terrace is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine whilst enjoying stunning sunsets over the distant mountains. This brand new apartment is equipped and furnished to a very high standard and has the benefit of air conditioning throughout. The town of Yalikavak is a short drive away (or 20 minutes on foot) but the apartment is very close to some of the best fish restaurants on the Bodrum Peninsula (Some will even provide a taxi service!) Local supermarkets, the marina and beaches are all with in ten minutes walk of the apartment, having a hire car would also enable you to enjoy the beautiful Bodrum peninsula. This apartment is perfect for families and for those wanting a peaceful,quiet holiday.
For your safety a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher have been installed.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Yalikavak is an attractive seaside town on the north west coast of the Bodrum Peninsula, 17 km from Bodrum. This region is known as the Turkish Riviera, famed for clear sparkling seas, great sunsets, and family friendly beaches. The town was and still is an important fishing centre and many inhabitants used to work as sponge divers. Today Yalikavak is visited by families and couples looking for a relaxed beach holiday, and is also popular with sailors as Yalikavak boasts an extensive marina alongside its picturesque old harbour. Yalikavak is about 50 km from Bodrum Airport (BJV). The surrounding area boasts some of the best beaches in Turkey.

In Yalikavak there are many first class restaurants serving food to suit all tastes from traditional Turkish, fresh fish and international cuisine.
The supermarkets all supply an excellent range of produce but for a special experience visit the Yalikavak Thursday market which is famous throughout the Bodrum peninsula.
Yalikavak boasts a large variety of shops from the designer shops at the marina to the traditional Turkish tourist shops in the town centre.
For the children a trip to the Bodrum water world is not to be missed.
When in Yalikavak the taxis are plentiful and quite cheap for local journeys and the local dolmus (5 minutes walk from the apartment) will take you to all parts of the Bodrum peninsula for an extremely reasonable sum. If you wish to try a boat trip to some of the fabulous bays and local attractions the boats in the old harbour offer excellent value for money. To try somewhere further afield why not take a day trip to Kos?
For those who enjoy water sports, a private beach and good food the Xuma Beach Club is excellent.
Don't miss the opportunity to have a Turkish Bath and Massage (Hamam), it is wonderfully relaxing!
For those who enjoy exploring and history the area boasts many antiquities, castles and ruins.

How to get there

Flights are direct to Bodrum from most UK airports. The flight times are now approx 3hrs 50 min.

Most flights from the UK are on a Saturday or Monday.
It is recommended that an airport transfer is taken as our local agent will ensure you are taken to the correct place and shown around. Transfer time is approximately 35 minutes.

£100 deposit per week payable immediately (non-refundable)
Balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday
A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is required (returned 2 weeks after completion of holiday)
Cancellation within 8 weeks of departure - no refund

We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance in the event of cancellation.

We had an absolutely lovely holiday! Everything was as good as we had hoped for.The joining info was great.
We were lucky that there were only another couple of people on the complex which made it extremely peaceful.
The apartment itself was perfect and the views amazing! The transfers went very smoothly. We didn't hire a car but managed fine on foot and taxi's. I honestly don't think you need to improve anything andwill certainly recommend it to others. Finally yes we would come again. Thank you very much. Liz 2007
