The Villa is well furnished with modern facilities and amenities and is surrounded with attractive gardens. It is offering perfect opportunities for swimming, sunbathing and water sports on the beaches of Bodrum by the clear blue sea, each has a distinguished beauty of its own possessing distinct natural and environmental beauties.

This perfect villa offers 2 bedrooms 1 living room and private pool, is located in 1.500 square meter tangerine garden in Bitez with 30 square meter private swimming pool.

Villa offers Double bed in main part with air-condition and 2 single bed in 2th bedroom and baby cot is available in the Villa. There is only one bathroom which is in main bedroom and there is also separate wc for your use. All Kitchen utensils and equipments are available in the kitchen include dish washer, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and plates.

This natural stoned Villa is only one floor and its detached Villa in big tangerine Garden. Living room is leading to terrace where you can find the dining table and leading to private swimming pool. You also allowed to make your barbeque on your garden.

The lounge with seating unit,large sofa next to the Tv with satellite, on right is fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, extractor, cooker&owen, kettle, all pots and pans you could want. The kitchen is served by a large fridge freezer, glasses, mugs, cutlery and utensils. Lounge door leads to outside to large balcony with garden view and outdoor table with four chairs. There are two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a double bed while the other room has 2 single beds. There is also a baby cot too. Both rooms have wardrobe and air conditioning.
The main bathroom is in the master bedroom but there is also a seperate wc.

You can try a boat trip,Water sports at Bitez or Bodrum beaches and other excursions to make your stay really worthwhile.

•Your villa will be ready at latest by 3 pm on your day of arrival. If you arrive earlier and your accommodation is not available you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception and use the swimming pool
•Check out time is 10am.
Security Deposit & Breakages
Deposit fee should be paid before your accommodation start.
Should any damage or breakage caused by you or a member of your group occur, it is your responsibility to report it to the authority who will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement.
£200 breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival.

Booking Conditions
The terms and conditions set out here along with the confirmation document that will be sent to you by email comprise the agreement between you and VIP Group Holiday Villa&Yachting. The confirmation document will show the party leader and number of other people travelling. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age and authorized by all persons travelling to make the booking including any of those added later.

Making your booking
All holiday services and offers advertised on this website are subject to availability. Once we have received your payment we will dispatch an email to the party leader. Your confirmation document contains all the details of your booking and should be checked carefully as soon as you view it. Please contact us immediately by e-mail if any information seems to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. We cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy within 10 days of our sending the confirmation notice.

Accommodation and transport booked are only for the use of the persons on the confirmation

Payment
Payments can be made by money transfer.
In the case of money transfer, a deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost must be paid by the party leader and an email sent to VIP Group Holiday Villa&Yachting within 48 hours confirming when and how this payment will be made to enable us to confirm receipts of monies from you. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. No reminder will be sent out for the due balance. If the balance is not received in full by the due date, your booking may be cancelled by us and you could be liable to cancellation charges as detailed below. In this event we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you at any time up to the date of departure. You must therefore pay the balance by the due date or advise us in writing of any cancellation.

On receipt of your deposit a confirmation document will be sent to you including details of the balance due.

Should you need to cancel your chosen holiday after the confirmation notice has been sent, the party leader must inform us as soon as possible by e-mail. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Your notification of cancellation will only be effective once it is received in writing by us and the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable.

We strongly advise you to arrange travel&cancellation insurance before you depart on your holiday. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. And we do not accept any responsibility for the consequences of your travelling without adequate insurance coverage.

Conditions

The accommodation we provide is only for the use of party members detailed on your confirmation invoice - sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited.

We expect all members of your party to have consideration for other people. If in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation or other service. We will have no further responsibility toward such person(s) including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

Special Needs and requests
If you have any special request, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking. We regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. You must notify us within 10 days of dispatch of your confirmation invoice if your special request does not appear on it. All special requests are subject to availability.

If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your holiday, please tell us before you confirm your booking. Many of the properties advertised on this website are standard to the area and lack features such as ramps for wheelchairs and lifts, they are not childproof and often they are built into hillsides with steep or uneven approaches. Therefore you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking and if we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline their reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.

Hystory Of Bodrum
Heredotus, the famous historian and known as the father of history, was born in Halicarnassos (ancient name of Bodrum) in 484 B.C. and according to him Bodrum was founded by the Dorians in the 12th century B.C. The next settlers were Carian and Lelegians. In 546 B.C. , the region came under Persian rule. in the beginning of the 4th century B.C., region was ruled by the strap Hekatamnos and his son Mausolos. Its most brlliant period was around 353 B.C., when Halicarnassos was the capital of the strap of Caria. After the death of King Mausolos, Caria was ruled by his wife and sister Artemissia II. and the Mausoleum, the monumental tomb, was built by Artemisia II. in honour of her husband and brotherKing Mausolos. This monument became one of the seven wonders of ancient world, and was destroyed by an earthquake in the 14th century.
In 192 B.C., Halikarnassos ruled by Roman Empire but did not develop very much. In 395 A.D., Halicarnassos came under Byzantine rule. In XIth century, city was conquered by Turks but during the first crusade changed hands several times. The Knight of Rhodes captured Halicarnassos in 1402 and the city was called Petronium. Knights of Rhodes was built the castle between two harbours. It was reinforced with Italien, English, German, Spanish and French towers. Bodrum was taken by the Turks in 1523.
