The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This region offers some of the most attractive walking in Turkey. Located in the southwest of the aegean region, the area offers visitors an excellent climate, beautiful coastline and sparkling turquoise seas. The area is carpeted with pine trees that look down onto olive groves.

The area caters for everyone with plenty of shopping, eating & drinking, night life, beaches, boat trips (you can go to Kos and Rhodes) Ancient wreck diving, a beautiful harbour and Marina where the super yachts of the wealthy are moored. Spend a night out in one of the water front bars, overlooking the awesome sea view and bay of Bodrum-Türkbükü

Bodrum

Türkbükü is a coastal town in Mu?la Province in southwestern Turkey, located on the Turkish Riviera on the opposite side of the Bodrum peninsula from the town of Bodrum. Türkbükü has a well protected harbor ringed with high hills containing a number of luxury hotels and holiday villas. The town is a favorite vacation spot and second home residency of upper-class Turks, also increasingly popular with foreign visitors.

There is a semi-circular boardwalk dense with shops, restaurants, bars and docks for sunbathing in the day and dining in the evening. The protected harbor is a refuge for yachts and allows for swimming in swimming pool like conditions in the morning before the afternoon breeze comes in. In the high tourist season, pop-stars, models and professional athletes can be sighted at the posh bars and restaurants or strolling along the boardwalk, justifying the popular labeling of Türkbükü as the Saint-Tropez of Turkey
