The complex has 24 hour security & guard. 120m2 (1350 sq.ft.) of living space incl terraces. 1 large terrace (next to pool) plus small terraces off each bedroom and kitchen. Apartment and furnishings are brand new.. Sleeps 6 plus addl 2 with use of 2 double sofa beds.
Air-conditioning throughout. Clean linen and bathroom towels provided (please bring own towels for pool & beach).

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Turkey abounds with historical attractions and ruins, and there are many to be seen around the peninsular. Close by are the ancient ruins of Iosos and a little further afield is Ephesus - with some of the most important remains from the ancient world.
The Aegean (otherwise known as Turquoise) Coast, boasts some of the best scenery anywhere in the world.
Bodrum / Gulluk area
The area abounds with activities and things to see of all kinds.
The cheap minibuses (Dolmus) run from the village and can take you anywhere in Turkey, including frequent buses to Bodrum and many other surrounding coastal villages and attractions.
Many facilities are on your doorstep. The many and varied facilities of the Mavi holiday resort (incl sea front bar and restaurant) may also be used.
Watersports of all kinds can be undertaken from the nearby village. Take advantage of tremendous all day boat trips for around £10 incl lunch.
Gulluk will soon have its own marina and is expected to rival that of Bodrum. Many refer to it as the new 'Monte Carlo'.
The fishing village is charming and still shows off its traditional pasttimes, but equally abounds with modern; welcoming and lowly priced bars and restaurants dotted all the way around the pretty bay, starting within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The bay now has a newly extended promenade - perfect for a beautiful and romantic stroll in the glorius and warm evenings.
Bodrum is a lively 'international' resort with many quality shops and restaurants. Thousands of boats moor in the marina and boat trips of all types (including some to nearby Greek islands) can be taken. There are many historical attractions in and around the town including the old castle and mausoleum.
The peninsular is rugged and picturesque and is home to many tiny fishing villages.
How to get there
From airport, turn right onto the Milas to Bodrum road and then almost immediately, turn right to Gulluk. On reaching the sea in the centre of Gulluk, turn left and follow the road round to the 'MAVI' sign. Turn left up the gentle slope for 200m and the complex is on your right (ODEK Seaview 1). Park at the rear in the space provided.

Further details indoors: The apartment is all on one (Ground) floor, is right next to the pool, and so is ideal for families of any age and, with just 5 steps up to the front door, is suitable for the disabled. It has air-conditioning throughout.
The whole apartment is light, airy and spacious. The lounge; terrace;dining and bedrooms etc can easily accommodate 8 people
Further details outdoors: Loungers and parasols are provided around the pool. Gym, sauna and pool table are provided for exclusive use of the small complex.

Booking is simple and flexible. Odd dates; short and long rentals are catered for and we will always try to provide any requirements requested. Help can be arranged with transfers to/from airports or with rental cars etc. Prices are for 2007 for the Apartment per week – not per person 24 hour help is available through our Property Management Agent Terms 1. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to be received to confirm your booking 2. Full balance of rental required 4 weeks before start of holiday 3. A £100 breakage/damage allowance will be requested at time of arrival, which will be fully refunded if no problems.

NB. We also have available a great 3 bedroom apartment at Calis Beach nr Fethiye, 7 mins from sea and bars; shops etc. Alternatively, try our modernised apartment in Montenegro for a holiday with a difference.

There are 5 steps up to the front door but is otherwise all on one level incl the car park. Situated on the sea facing side of a gentle slope (300metres from sea), but with easy car access
