Beautiful, modern, clean, spacious apartment ( 100m2 ) over looking a beach and a number of Islands in the Aegean Sea. Sunsets every night. Quiet location but still near a number of seafront restaurants and bars. Safe guarded complex with a mixture of Turkish, European owners. Huge pool and adjoined children's pool.
Has its own lovely lawned garden includes bananas, lemons, oranges, tropical flowers. Sun all day if required.
Perfect G&T on the large veranda.
Two large bedrooms, one double, one twin. All electrical goods. Luxury shower.
Great place to relax and unwind. Perfect for a base to visit Bodrum, Boat trips, Ephesus, Dalyan, Pamukkale etc etc. We have prepared a full pack giving all advice re activities, fascilities etc.
Lovely sea breeze off the Aegean.
Located 25 mins walk along coast to centre of Turgutreis( 5 mins by frequent Dolmus).

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Lovely climate throughout the year. Warm months April- June, September- November. Hotter months July-August. Winter months warm in daytime. There is a gorgeous sea breeze of the Aegean Sea directly into the apartment. This was a main buying plus!! LOVELY WEATHER.
Has a view of the sunset every night.
Is situated approx 20 km from Bodrum on the Bodrum Peninsula. Is in an area of lovely beaches- Akylar, Kemer,Turgutries etc. Turgutreis is a port full of luxury yachts and boats. It is trying to be a Peuto Banus of Turkey!
Nearby is the Ancient Town of Myndos- great Fish restaurants.
Amphitheatre and amazing castle in Bodrum. - short Dolmus ride away.
From Turgutries you can get day trips to Dalyan, Ephesus, Pamukkale etc.
Ferry goes to KOS in GREECE daily. 30 mins crossing- 10 euro return!!!
Lots of boat trips to the Islands.

Bodrum / Turgutreis area
Turgutreis is a small seaside town which has a luxurious port. It is a lot quieter than nearby Bodrum but still has lots of bars, restauarants, shops etc. It caters for all age groups. People return to Turgutreis year after year- many become locals!!
Large bazaar market in Turgutries every saturday. This is attended by tourists throughout Turkey.
Lovely aquapark a short dolmus ride from the apartment.

How to get there
Fly direct to Bodrum airport in the Summer ( 31/2 hrs from UK) or Bodrum / Dalaman in the winter. Apartment is 40 mins from Bodrum Airport. We can arrange for a local airport pick up service from a trusted person. This is only 45 euros per party. He will collect from anywhere- day and night. We can recommend cheap websites for flights such as A1 Travel, Flights and nights, Aegean Flights. Prices seem to get cheaper nearer the time, or well in advance. CHEAP FLIGHTS ON FIRST CHOICE WEBSITE £85 ( usually September)return ( no food on flight). Thomson, Thomas Cook and First Choice fly there. You can also get a ferry across from KOS in Greece.

Further details indoors: Newly decorated in a modern clean manner. We have gone for a contemporary style. ( Recently decorated).
Large spacios lounge / kitchen with tiled floors and tiled skirting. Breakfast bar.
Modern fitted kitchen with new electricals. Pans, cutlery, glasses etc provided.
Mirrors, hair dryer,Binoculars for that view, games, - weve tried to think of everything!!
Two single beds can be pushed together in one of the bedrooms.
Sofa bed in lounge can be utilsed if needed.
Modern shower with lovely hot water. We provide all towels, bedding etc. Just bring yourself!!
Large floor space made in stone. Very cool apartment. We were there in 33' in May and the apartment was lovely and cool- aided by that gorgeous Aegean seabreeze.
We are adding air conditioning at the start of April 08.
Further details outdoors: Ground floor apartment of three. Has a large verandah / balcony leading to a lovely lawned garden. This is planted with lemons, bananas, oranges and tropical flowers. Maintained throughout the year by a gardener.
Situated near the entrance to the complex only feet away is a fully equipped shop and the security guard.
The complex is a mixture of local Turkish people and UK hioliday home owners. The neighbours are great and incredibly friendly. We will give contacts re any emergencies etc. We can send you a comprehensive info pack- we have tried to think of everything!!
The pool is Olympic size and fully cleaned and equipped. Has attached showers etc. Fully maintained! There is an adjacent child pool.
Sunbeds provided by us at the pool. Garden furniture provided in garden. Lovely wooden furniture in the verandah. Incredible view- its not called Island View for nothing!! Spacious, stone and cool!!!

Swimming pool available all year. Warmer months from March to November. But the winters are mild. Plenty of people can help whilst at apartment in case of problems. These details will be given. FULL APARTMENT / COMPLEX AVAILABLE TO RENTER!
