Villa Hisar is a brand new luxury detached villa which is a few minutes walk to Yalikavak beach and town centre. It is on a complex of 23 luxury villas and set in landscaped gardens with large swimming pool and separate children's pool. The villa has beautiful views especially from the large roof terrace, of the hills and is surrounded by mandarin groves. The villa is fully equipped and has been furnished to a very high standard and is very suited to both families or couples. The beach is 6 minutes walk away where there are free sunbeds and parasols. Yalikavak has a beautiful harbour, marina and there are a variety of shops and restaurants. The villa has a large open plan living space downstairs which consists of a fully equipped kitchen area with diswasher, washing machine and microwave; dining area with dining table and chairs and comfortable living area with TV, DVD and Nintendo games system. There is a patio area with table and chairs leading off the living room and a further patio area leading from the kitchen. There is a downstairs WC. On the first floor the master bedroom has airconditioning, an en suite shower room and its own private balcony. The second bedroom is also air conditioned and has a double bed. The third bedroom, also air conditioned has bunk beds. There is a main bathroom with bath and power shower. The second staircase leads to the very spacious roof terrace which has wonderful panoramic views. We have provided cushions and a table and chairs so that you can relax in style. We have fitted insect screens on the doors and windows so that you can feel the breeze in the villa without attracting any mosquitoes.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Bodrum Peninsula is one of the the most beautiful parts of Turkey's Aegean Coast. There are numerous small fishing villages and resorts around the coast, each with their own individual character. There are many beaches and many offer a range of watersports. Close to the villa there is a beach club with gym and volley ball court and a wide range of watersports. Local attractions include Ephesus, the largest archaelogical site in the world, the stunning pools at Pamukkale, the temple of Apollo at Didim and St Peter's castle built by the crusaders jare ust 10 miles away in Bodrum. A real treat is a range of boat trips that can be taken from Yalikavak or Bodrum that visit many secluded coves. Try a Turkish Hammam (steam bath) at the nearby Rayola Hammam (3miles away). Temperatures in the summer month can reach 40 but there is lovely cool wind in Yalikavak that makes it very comfortable.
Bodrum / Yalikavak area
Yalikavak is a traditional Turkish fishing village on the northern coast of the Bodrum Peninusla. Most amenities can be reached from the villa without the use of a car. Yalikavak's Thursday market is a bright and colourfull affair - be prepared to barter for all goods. The town has several relaxing palm fringed beaches that you can stroll along There are a number of wonderful restaurents that specialise in the locally caught sea food. Everything is relatively cheap, a beer cost about £1.00 and a fresh fish meal is typically less than £10 a head inclusive of drinks.

25% of rental charge is to be paid at the time of booking. This should be sent with completed booking form which will be sent to you by email on confirmation of booking. Full balance of rental is due 6 weeks before the start of holiday. A fully refundable deposit will be taken at the villa and held against loss or damage.
If you would like a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged but there will be a charge which will need to be paid locally.
