About the home
This is a beautiful, luxury, detached villa comprising of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, roof terrace and large patios, with a large private own garden and swimming pool. The resort has on-site amenities and a sports complex with various activities for all, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides , Turkish Bath,tennis court, kids play area, private beach (via free shuttle service), restaurant and supermarket. You can also use the facilities at the neighboring resorts of Flamingo and Royal Height for free. The villa is fully furnished with all towels and linen provided.
The nearest beach is sandy with sunbeds and a cafe, it can be reached by FREE SHUTTLE bus or FREE CABLE CAR to exclusive beach club with private jetty which runs from the site in peak season. Other resorts can be reached from a bus stop two minutes walk from the site. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, fully furnished with fresh linen and air conditioning
8 swimming pools would you believe, all free to use. You are able to get a sun lounger at any one of the pools, the main pool had lots of them and you don’t need to get up at the crack of dawn either.
There is an indoor pool for the cooler months and a gym
The best thing about the complex is the restaurant, absolutely first class and a lot of people says it is by far the best in the area, couldn't agree more.
The menu at the Resort restaurant is varied and loads of choice, very reasonable price too. You can have loads of great meals and may not see or hear of any complaints at all.
Loads to do around and about too - beach club, My Beach (beautiful), Royal Heights spa and infinity pool (breathtaking), Sunset Bar/restaurant (spectacular views), Ocean View bar/cafe (cheapest and friendly too), Royal Heights restaurant (good and great views too).
You can also get a minibus (Dolmus) into Bodrum really easily, bus stop just outside complex. Some great villages around too for days/meals out, there's even one or two who pick you up and bring you back free of charge, brilliant!
All staff on site are really friendly, especially bar/restaurant staff, couldn't do enough for you, they adore kids, if you have children, they will love your kids , plenty for them to do, other kids to make friends with, fussed over by the staff, perfect for you because you can relax knowing they are enjoying themselves.

Private Beach: Just a 5 minutes from Turquoise, residents have exclusive access to the private Private Beach. With awesome views of the gulf of Güllük, a gentle breeze and a professional team of instructors, there is no better place to try out the various water sports facilities on offer. Alternatively, you can stay on the secluded beach and relax at the Private Beach Bar and Cafe.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Tuzla Lake is formed by the deep inlet from the Gulf of Güllük and Mandalya Bay. This is perhaps one of the most stunning locations in Turkey. Home to a host of ancient ruins the lake is surrounded by mountains covered with Olive groves, Pine and Tamarisk trees. The area is particularly special as a natural bird sanctuary; throughout the year a large variety of rare birds including Pelicans, Flamingos and White Storks can be seen flocking to the wetlands. The Turquoise site itself covers two valleys and hillsides, the contours of the land allowing for spectacular views of Tuzla lake, the sea and mountains
The Bodrum / Tuzla area
Nearby Villages: The nearby village of Bogaziçi holds an important place in history as the site of the ancient city of Bargilia. After exploring the unspoilt stone village, a swim in the clear blue water is perfect. Small fishing boats come and go throughout the day delivering their catch to restaurants on the shore where you can dine and relax overlooking the glittering Mandalya Bay.
Guvercinlik, about 15 minutes from Turquoise on the road into Bodrum, could be typical of the sleepy villages scattering the peninsula. However, as each of them have their own unique atmosphere and landscape, a visit is not to be missed. Nestled in a vast sweeping bay embraced by untouched mountains, head to Guvercinlik for the Monday market or to watch the sun set from one of the waterfront restaurants. The view from here is truly priceless.
Milas: Milas town and the surrounding area hosts numerous sites of historical interest. Today you can explore the ruins of the ancient Mylasa, dating back to 3000 B.C. Milas is also known for its fine carpet weaving tradition. Craftsmen and weavers can still be seen at work in the town today. The beautifully restored 'Milas Houses' are another popular attraction displaying the carving work unique to the region.
