"good villa"

We really appreciated the stay at Ozanlar villa. There is a wonderful view over the bay. A car is very helpful. Jim is a very busy :) but a very correct owner so I will book again.

"Would definitely go back again :))"

We stayed at the property back in july-aug 2012, we really enjoyed the whole stay, our arrival and carrying the suitcases up the stairs was challenging but the driver who brought us kindly helped so it wasn't so bad. First few days there were few issues like tv wasn't working and we couldn't connect the gas cylinder to the hob but as soon as we contacted the agent she had arranged it to be fixed she was helpfull at all times, there was more than enough bedding and towells, kitchen was well equipt and it was fairly clean on our arrival. There is aircon in the living room but we hardly used it (only when we were cooking) out in the terrace and at night in the bedrooms it was quite cool. we also used the company who picked us up from the airport for other trips like day boat trip and trip to Dalyan which we really enjoyed (we left some brochures at the property). Overall we had a really comfortable holiday the hill and the stairs to the property was challenging but we soon got used to it (I felt quite fit after a few days) but I would recommend a car, it was much easier when we had the hire car but is not essential since there is a dolmus to the town every half an hour. The highlight of our holiday was that terrace and the view, it was breath taking, having breakfast first thing in the morning out in the terrace, and finishing the night with a glass of wine, I still dream of it, I would recommend you to wake up early morning to watch the sunrise it was amazing also at night when the moon started to come out it was so pretty I cannot describe. The swimming pool was always nice n quite most of the time it felt like private, there was lots of umbrellas and sun beds, it also had amazing views, we offten used the gundogan town beach (20min away) , it was quite comfortable, had free sunbeds and umbrellas, also had lots of shops and restaurants around, the locals were realy nice, helpfull and friendly, didn't used the locall jetty it was quite closed but too many stairs :)). We also felt quite safe in the house, around the complex and also in the town. Hope to return for another great holiday in the near future, Thank You

Thank you so much for taking time to review our holiday, and I'm glad you had a great experience. As you've highlighted, the views from the terrace are breathtaking, and after you've had a relaxing evening the stairs do seem like a small price to pay. Thanks again, and we hope to hear from you soon if you're planning to travel back to Gundogan!

"A fair and honest review..."

Our 2 week stay at this property got off to a bad start. Our transfer which was booked through the lady who manages the property for the owner was 50 mins late picking us up at the Airport. We called … More

Thank you for taking the time to review our villa. We want everyone's stay to be brilliant, so I'm really sorry about the issues you encountered on your arrival. We had no issues prior to this summer and I'm confident that after a conversation with our local agent we won't have any again. We are also planning some work over the winter to address the concerns that you and other renters have highlighted.
I hope the rest of your holiday was relaxing after the initial problems, and I do hope that you would consider us again in the future.

"We had a good holiday thank you :)"

We had a good holiday and the view was breathtaking. Only the steps were the worst part of the holiday especially when we arrived and have to carry the baggages to the villa. Generally the villa was good . The bathroom needs a little renovation and some part of the kitchen drawers. Before arriving just ask for a detailed cleaning this will worth to wait for an extra hour. The garden of the villa was good for us and also for our pet.
Generally we liked the location of the Villa because it was not far away from the center of Gündoğan. The market delivery service was very good and makes your life easy. The owner of the house was so kind we would like thank him about his attitudes to all our request. Also the agency was same .

Thank you for taking the time to review our villa. I'm really glad that you had a good holiday and that you found the Gundogan area to be a great place to relax and enjoy your time. The view from the terrace is absolutely the highlight of any stay.
We've discussed the cleaning issue you highlighted with our local agent and I'm confident there is no ongoing issue. We're also hoping to make some minor renovations over the winter and the upstairs shower room is definitely under consideration.
Thanks again for taking the time to submit a review!

"Great Place"

We stayed in Ozanlar villa in May and we had such a great time. The villa is lovely, the views are breathtaking, and the local beach and the complex swimming pool are handy. Having rented quite a lot of self catering places in various countries over the years, this property is definitely a very comfortable and well equipped holiday home!
We will book again next year.

"If you are fit enough to climb 60 steep steps to sleep in damp, mouldy rooms, in April/May, then this is for you!"

We finished our stay in this Villa on Sunday 30 April, after a very uncomfortable 2 months - albeit in the spring time. We had a great time in Turkey, in spite of the discomfort of the accommodation. … More

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We were very surprised to hear your concerns, especially after you had stayed in the property for two months without contacting us to give us an opportunity to address the issues. We ensure everyone renting from us has contact details for both our local agent and ourselves directly in case problems arise.

Subsequent to your departure we have made a number of improvements to the property which we would have been very happy to make during your stay had you informed us, including an extensive cleaning to address the mould issue, installation of climate control and several additions to the property inventory which are detailed in the property listing.

Regrettably we are unable to make changes to the hillside location of the villa which provides such a stunning view of the Gundogan bay area, although we do highlight that the property is unsuitable for disabled customers. We have subsequently had a number of guests who have found the property to be a great value for money, and have thoroughly enjoyed their stay in the vila and the surrounding area.

Once again, we thank you for your feedback.
