This luxury villa is on a flat location with only steps to bedroom areas. It offers everything a visitor could want – privacy, an extensive garden area, with its own pool, bbq area and huge roof terrace overlooking bodrum. It is only 10 minutes walk into the hustle and bustle of town. Bodrum castle is a spectacular sight lighting up the evening sky. For peace and tranquillity return to the villa for a refreshing dip in the private pool (35m2) or head for the beaches just 10 minutes away. Local buses (Dolmus) pass by frequently and there is a taxi rank close by. Enjoy the traditional loung area, with fire place opening out to pool terrace. All bedrooms have their own private terraces with seating. Kitchen opens out onto pool terrace and bbq area. The huge roof terrace is also available for drinks, meals and sun bathing. The villa has air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. This is a wonderful holiday home! Undoubtably the best area to stay in Bodrum: close proximity to the town and yet tucked away on the hillside for relaxing and tranquil moments.

Bodrum itself offers different aspects depending on your point of view. firstly it is the ancient city of Halicarnassus - with ruins and historic monuments on every corner including the crusader castle and the Roman amphitheatre. Bodrum is also a cosmopolitan tourist destination of the 21st century, a playground suitable for all ages and bank accounts. Restaurants abound and bars are legion. During the summer months there is a jazz festival as well as numerous performances of music, dance and theatre. There are also at least 4 permanent art exhibitions.

The villa is newly finished Summer 2006.
Main entrance opens on to lounge area, with large pool facing windows opening onto terrace.
It has a large separate kitchen, opening up to pool terrace, next to kitchen is a toilet and laundry room.
Bedrooms are on split levels from the lounge. Upstairs is the large main bedroom with a seating area, its own en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area. Down stairs are 2 twin bedrooms both leading out to their own terraces and a shower room. Around the villa all the terraces havel chairs and loungers for comfort at all times of the day. Umbrellas are around the pool. Large dining table around the pool with own chairs.

Further details outdoors:
The villa is set on 1,000msq land, with walls and fences surrounding it. It is private with plenty of space for parking and relaxing outside. Extensive gardens and pool with outdoor lights so that you can entertain or swim in the evening and full roof terrace with excellent views over bodrum and the sea.
