About the home

These villas are consist of 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, a private pool and a private garden situated in Yalikavak award winning and most well known complex '' Aegean Hills'' in Bodrum. Our villas are 108 sqm and two/three storeys. 5 Bedroom villas have additional 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom on basement floor. 2 Bedroom villas are in same design and sqm as 3 bedroom villas but the only difference is there is one master bedroom instead 2 separate room. We have 20 villas available for rent at our complex Aegean Hills. All of them have its own private pool and garden area. Our villas are 3 bedroom and 5 bedroom villas.

On the Ground floor Master king sized double bedroom with en suite shower/WC, two further bedrooms (twin and double) and full bathroom. All bedrooms have doors leading onto the terrace and pool area. There are sun loungers and cushions available.
Upstairs is an open plan lounge/dining area with air conditioning, cable TV, Home Theatre System, DVD and CD players, wi-fi connection and patio doors leading onto two or three balconies. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Lounge and all bedrooms have air conditioning units
The flooring is Travertine. Our living room furnitures can be in different colours but same quality and design. Our villas are semi-detached villas and suitable for large families as well.

We do provide free of charge interim cleaning(Weekly cleaning) if you stay 2 weeks or more.
Departure cleaning, water costs, daily pool maintenance, Internet access/wifi FREE OF CHARGE. Electric cost is extra. You pay as much as you spend. We read the electric meter and deduct from the deposit at the end of your vacation.

Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day any time. 24/7 arriving is available. We do organize your airport transfers (one way or return). We also can arrange welcome packs for you so you have your villa ready and fridge is full with fresh foods, vegetables and drinks even at night time. We are happy to provide our Concierge services for all of your needs either on your arrival or during your holiday such as return airport transfers, car hire, daily boat tours, turkish bath, scuba diving, wind surfing etc. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day any time. 24/7 arriving is available. We also can arrange welcome packs for you so you have your villa ready and fridge is full with fresh foods, vegetables and drinks even at night time.

Vehicles are parked just inside the gated entrance where a complimentary golf buggy and driver are available to transfer guests between the parking area and their villa. There is a concierge service at Aegean Hills to assist guests, and the Public bus to Yalikavak village stops nearby.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Although Yalikavak may be difficult to pronounce this small town is impossible to forget. Just minutes from Aegean Hills, it exudes a wonderful mix of laid back local life and Mediterranean chic. Submerged in lemon and tangerine orchards, it is home to a brand-new international marina hosting numerous world-class sailing events throughout the year. Life in and around the region focuses on the sea and is a mecca for water sport enthusiasts, with kite and windsurfing and scuba diving topping the bill. For those in search of a more languid affair, a private gulet charter around some of the local islands is a must.

Yalikavak lies at the north-west corner of the Bodrum Peninsula, 17 km or 10 miles from Bodrum and used to be a fishing and sponge divers village. The permanent inhabitants of Yalikavak number around 6, 800 people. This fertile coastal region is ideal for sailing and all water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour that once sheltered mainly fishing boats.Yalikavak is renown for superb sunsets and its unspoilt shoreline and sparkling clean sea is one of the few remaining abodes of the endangered “Monachus Monachus” Mediterranean seals and therefore a protected area. In 2002 Yalikavak Bay was awarded the "Blue Flag" for its clean waters.

Situated on the south side of the Peninsula, Bodrum offers a more upbeat tempo to the quieter shores around Aegean Hills. Increasingly popular with visitors all year round, this enchanting port town offers an eclectic mix of classical history, designer boutiques and one of the Mediterranean’s most prestigious marinas housing a mix of traditionally hand-crafted gulets and luxury yachts. The harbour is lined with restaurants offering almost every cuisine imaginable and although the town is famous for its nightlife (including the Bodrum Catamaran – a floating nightclub), one of the best night’s out can found at The Yacht Club where attention to detail abounds; right down to the soft white pashminas handed out to guests as a night of live music unfolds…

The Bodrum / Yalikavak area

With panoramic views, secluded resorts and a jet-set crowd to rival Capri, the Bodrum Peninsula is in a different league from the rest of Turkey’s busy Aegean coast. Dotted around Aegean Hills on the northern shore, a selection of exquisite villages attracts well heeled travellers who regularly visit the region. The coastline is punctuated with wooden jetties where guests laze on Ottomanlike cushions under stylish white umbrellas before sinking into the turquoise Aegean via old fashioned ladder-like steps. Evenings on The Peninsula are as laid-back or determinedly jet-set as you want them to be; with places like Gölturkbükü maintaining a reputation as the ‘playground of Turkey’s rich and glamorous’ while Gümüslük is known as the ‘last refuge for bohemian spirits’.

“Sophisticated Relaxation” Beautiful complex of villas, stunning view from ours, and felt really private, despite neighbours on both sides. Our villa had a choice of 3 balconies and was well appointed with all you need for self catering. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We had a few days just 'chillin' by our pool, and rarely found anyone in the shared infinity pool - the luxury of it all to ourselves! Nothing nearby though, so you either need a car or use the complexes shuttle bus, we like to walk out to bars and restaurants. That being said, we would return knowing that we can stock up at the supermarket, then sit, relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Thank you Ozer for pulling out all the stops! “Fab 2nd stay” We rented villa Emerald (E1). This villa is beautifully decorated with a lovely view and garden/pool area is very spacious with big sofa. We spend most of our time. There is a lovely big pool and the garden is well looked after.The staff - Ozer Ozden Omer & others are excellent. Their daily timetable shuttle bus to supermarket Yalikavack & Bodrum is very useful if you dont want to drive. The service is excellent. The only downside was leaving the place. We would return to this villa.

“The best family holiday.....EVER!” I almost feel loathe to rate Aegean HIlls because we are going back for our fourth year on the trot.....and I don't want the whole world knowing about how brilliant it is! The accommodation is superb.....we stay in the 3 bed villa .......very stylish and contemporary with your own small private pool and garden, terrace with gas BBQ with access to the larger communal pool if you fancy chatting to other holiday owners. Beautiful mature gardens but no immediate access to shops unless you go in a car or scheduled bus. Bear in mind this is a family area, people have BBQs outside of their villas but would not suit nightclubbers! I recommend you utilise the concierge service - car hire, welcome packs, water for drinking, transfer to and from airport.... they even helped last year as I needed an emergency dentist ... nothing is too much trouble. The weather is always sublime, Turkey is still great value for money and the people are the most welcoming and helpful. For elderly people or those struggling with their mobility the walk from the main gate to the villas can be hilly (you can book a golf buggy via concierge). Still great value for money too.

“Great Place to Get Away from it all!” We had an excellent retreat here with colleagues of our company. IT is a beautiful place, quiet, comfortable, excellently staffed, equipped and with great internet access. The view is stunning and the pools are great. “A great location with super architecture.” Aegean Hills is a splendid spot for guaranteed sun and a peaceful holiday. We spent two weeks there and loved every minute. The villas being modern really makes a difference. Having a decent sized pool of your own plus a huge communal one is just right for balance. You are pretty much guaranteed hot, sunny weather at this time of year, so finding the best place to stay is a real focus point. We found it here. Aegean Hills offer a free shuttle bus into Yalikavak and the dolmus bus service is easy and regular to there and also Gumusluk. Those towns are great for strolling, eating and drinking, though it's pretty easy to just visit the supermarket and do it yourself. Friendly staff and good responses to any small problems where welcome and helped us de-stress quickly. The golf buggy from the car park to the front door when we arrived was a great start to the break. highly recommended.
