Comfortably furnished 2 Bedroomed air conditioned apartment consisting of living room ( with sofa bed ), open plan kitchen/diner, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, fully tiled shower room with wc and a large terrace. This beautiful complex has a large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool, mini golf, giant chess set and a children's play area. There is also a cafe/snack bar on site and 24 hour site security. The apartment is ground floor in a flat area of the site with views of the swimming pool, landscaped gardens and rear mountain views. Ideal for couples and families. We can also arrange for a second apartment at Alexander Hills - the 2 apartments will accommodate larger groups.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Bodrum Peninsula boasts a perfect Mediterranean climate with low humidity. The long, extended summer runs between May and October with reliable weather and rain virtually unheard of during early and late season. Summer temperatures range from the low 20°Cs at the beginning and end of the season, up to the low 30°Cs in the hottest months of July and August.

Winters tend to be mild with some sun, and occasional showers and it is not unusual to be able to swim in the sea even in November.

Bodrum / Yalikavak area

A 15 minute stroll from the apartments brings you to the new Port Yalikavak Marina with its shops, cafes, bistro and seafront gardens to relax in and into the small town of Yalikavak which still supports a thriving fishing industry with the restaurants around the picturesque harbour. The small harbour is surrounded by restaurants and bars, and while there is the occasional disco bar, the general atmosphere is quiet, unhurried and relaxed. There are many shops in the traffic free centre, and every week the town hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable and clothing markets on the Bodrum Peninsula.

Just beyond the harbour is located the beach. Local buses and taxis run very frequently making Bodrum and the rest of this peninsular’s varied historic and tourist sites accessible within 30 minutes - the ideal place to relax and unwind. How to get there

Flights to bodrum airport (bjv) using many low cost airlines e.g Goldtrail, Aegeanflights.com, My Travel, Excel, Monarch, Thomsonfly, A1Travel from almost all uk airports. Yalikavak is 30miles from Bodrum airport and transfer time is approximately 45mins. Taxis are available from the airport although these can be prearranged with the owner at a cost of approximately £35 each way for 4 persons.

A DVD and CD player are provided for your use along with a varied selection of DVDs and CDs. There is also an IPOD docking station with speaker system in the apartment which can be used with your own IPOD.
A water cooler is provided in the apartment and the patio is also fully furnished with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers.

There is also wi-fi access available around the cafe/bar area for use with your own laptop.

We can also arrange for a welcome pack to be available for your arrival to be paid locally.

Ground floor apartment in a flat area of the complex with views of the large swimming pool.

Possibility of a similar second apartment at Alexander Hills for the same price - the two apartments which are at opposite ends of the swimming pool would accommodate larger groups or 2 families.

Water and Electricity are NOT included within our weekly rates - these can be paid locally at the end of your stay, by meter reading.

Long term winter rentals (more than 4 weeks) available at a lower rate - please email for prices.

£50 deposit to be paid at time of booking. Full balance of rental due 8 weeks prior to start date of holiday.

We ask for a refundable deposit of 200 Euros (approx £140) to be paid upon arrival which will be held against loss or damage and refunded upon your departure.

CANCELLATION: cancellation prior to 8 weeks - loss of deposit, cancellation after payment of full balance - no refund.

We would strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellations

Spent 1 week here with my two young children - absolutely loved it. Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you need, pool view so no hills to walk up. My children really enjoyed the facilities and we will be spending 2 weeks here again next July - can't wait!! Michelle - July 2007

We spent a relaxing 2 weeks in the apartment with the kids making the most of the estates irresistible swimming pool every day. The kitchen is well equipped and offers the choice to cook when you don't want to eat out. The air con is heaven sent, people on the estate are friendly and the apartment fresh and inviting on arrival. We particularly enjoyed lazing and chatting on the patio, and I am sure we will be returning soon.

Alexander Hills and Yalikavak provide a really lovely holiday experience. The accommodation and complex facilities - including the fantastic pool and kids play area - provide everything you need for a relaxing, stress free family holiday that the adults and kids enjoy in equal measure. With the town of Yalikavak, with plenty of great
restaurants at reasonable prices only a 10 minute walk away, we didn't feel any need to hire a car or even venture outside of the town much. When we did so we found the local bus service - the Dolmas - really easy
and cheap. All in all a place we will definitely go back to and one we fully recommend.
