The apartment is situated in one of the most idyllic locations on the Bodrum Peninsula. Built on the hillside with views over Cukurbuk Bay, Gumusluk and the Greek island of Kos, Kalimnos and Leros, it is a property ideal for those seeking a location with breath taking views that constantly change as the day progresses. The property comprises two double A/C bedrooms, one bathroom with fitted shower cubicle, fitted kitchen with fridge/feezer, gas hob, full compliment of cultery and crockery. Large lounge has an open fire place with sitting/dining area, TV with sattelite feed. The sofa extend to double bed. Balcony has a cushioned seating area and fitted permanent BBQ.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Situated about 2 miles away from the well-known fishing village of Gumusluk, and about 5 miles to both Turgetreis and Yalikavak. Bodrum is about 14 miles away and can be reached by car or dulmus in less then 45 minutes. The apartment is ideally placed for those who would like to explore the Bodrum Peninsula, with all resorts being accessible within an hours drive. The local bus service (dolmus) is probably the best that you could find in any country and relies on a frequent minibus service. From Turgetreis and Bodrum you can get A/C coaches to much of Turkey.

Bodrum / Gumusluk Village area

Bodrum town is a famous resort with the historic Bodrum Castle landmark. The heart of Bodrum beats loudest in the narrow streets clustered around the bay where shops, restaurants, bars and discos vie for attention. There are daily tall ship trips along the peninsula and to the Greek Islands stopping at sheltered bays allowing time for swimming in the crystal clear water, or exploring the caves. The trips usually have a major destination, and allow you time to take in the history and beauty of the area. Camel beach is one such trip where you can take a camel ride along the golden sands. There are two aquaparks only 40 min ride way on dulmus for a great family day out!

The apartment has been tiled throughout giving cool conditions through the day. Double doors open onto a large patio area with stunning sea views and sunsets. Table and six chairs facilitates dining al fresco.
The bunk bed in second bedroom can be separated to a two singel beds if necessary to accommodate two adults.

A shared swimming pool is only 1 minute walk away.The automatic pool-maintenance system is continually operational (no shut-down period) with the advantage that the pool is open and accessible 24 hours a day with the evenings having underwater floodlights. Sun loungers and parasols are provided with a pool-side bar offering snacks and drinks. Daily delivery is available for bread, gas and drinking water to your door. A 15 minute walk will take you from the villa down to the small beach and waterfront area which possesses a jetty for sheltered swimming and also numerous sun beds and parasols which are povided free of charge. There are also a couple of bars and restaurants providing refreshments.
