The Watermill is a classic cosy cottage, constructed from thick Cornish stone and surrounded by acres of Cornwall valleys and woodland. With a roaring log burning fire and high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, The Watermill is every bit a traditional Cornish cottage - married perfectly with a beautiful contemporary kitchen and fittings.

This Watermill is incredibly unique, one of few remaining working watermills, guests will be hoping for a little rainfall during their summer holidays to see it in action. Surrounded by 100 beautiful acres, guests will adore wandering the many trails, discovering the tennis court, croquet lawn and wild orchards.

A traditional Cornish cottage that has been transformed into a luxury self catering holiday home, The Watermill has undergone sensitive refurbishment with a beautiful bespoke kitchen. The natural character and original exposed walls can still be found throughout the house.

Reverse living allows guests to enjoy the spacious living room on the first floor with enormous vaulted ceiling painted red, framed by exposed pine beams. This welcoming room opens out onto a small BBQ decking area, leading down to the large lawned garden.

This adorable cottage sits within the picturesque Ruthern Valley of Withiel. The Watermill is perfect retreat for those looking for a peaceful holiday in the country, peace, quiet and tranquillity are in abundance. Whilst still only being approximately a 30 minute drive to the popular North coast beaches of Polzeath, Harlyn, Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay, guests of The Watermill cottage really do have the best of both worlds.
