Lower Hawkstor Farm is a traditional, late Georgian 1830s double-fronted granite Farmhouse set within half an acre of grounds and provides far reaching views of Bodmin Moor.

Internally, the Farmhouse is traditionally furnished complete with wood burning stove and a Cornish granite fireplace. Externally, the property is set within half an acre of rural grounds with a private walled garden and log barn for outdoor storage.

Lower Hawkstor Farm is ideally located for exploring Bodmin Moor, one of the most un-spoilt landscapes in Cornwall. The Jamaica Inn is a must for those staying in the area. A hotel and pub made famous by Daphne du Maurier's novel of the same name and is often referred to as Cornwall’s most famous smuggling inn.

The pretty Cornish villages of Blisland and St Breward are close by, both with traditional pubs serving hearty food and real ales. Lower Hawkstor Farm is ideally located between Padstow and Fowey. With both fishing villages being only a 20 minute drive away, a visit to sample some of the local fishing produce served in the many pubs and restaurants is a must for those staying in the area.
