In the evenings, enjoy a BBQ on the patio, or eat out at the local pubs.

Both on the first floor. Bathroom: also on the first floor with roll top bath, heated towel rail, separate shower, WC and hardwood flooring. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan and situated downstairs with TV, DVD, feature real-flame fire and comfortable sofas. Well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, antique pine table and chairs. Outside: steps lead down to its own grassed area, which leads on to a wild meadow and stream. Amenities: central heating included. Regret no babies or children under the age of 7 years.
