These extremely comfortable adjoining barn conversions are set in a very peaceful spot up a private lane close to the owner's farmhouse.
Well placed to visit the whole of the county, Polzeath to the north and Fowey to the south. Lostwithiel with its antique shops, quality restaurants, bistros and tea shops. Visit Restormel Castle, stand on a medieval bridge and walk by the beautiful River Fowey. Alternatively take a guided kayak river trip from Lostwithiel with a lunch break at the hidden harbour village of Golant. A short drive from some of Cornwall's most hidden secrets, from the sheltered beaches, picture postcard harbours and seaside villages that are dotted along the south coast to must-see destinations. These include Fowey with its deep natural harbour and its growing reputation as a 'foodie' location, with ample restaurants serving the catch of the day fresh off the boats to the Michelin star restaurants. The Eden Project, proclaimed as the Eighth Wonder of the World, is a short drive away as well as numerous National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock House and gardens and many other stunning gardens. With its central location and easy access to the A30 and both south and north coasts.
Leisure facilities: shared hot tub. Amenities: both properties have ample parking. Bed linen, electric, central heating and wifi included. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking within the properties. Both have a private water supply which is tested regularly. Location: beach 11 miles. Shop and pub 4 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twin rooms. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room situated downstairs, with WC. Lounge: with leather sofas, woodburner (complimentary starter pack) and TV/DVD/CD. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: enclosed rear patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: 1 medium size dog welcome.
