- Two double bedrooms

-Smaller room with two 3ft single beds and a vanity basin

- The fifth bedroom has pine 3ft bunk beds

- Portable electric heaters in all of the bedrooms

GARDEN

- Three steps lead up to a sheltered paved patio area with outdoor table and chairs

- Children and dogs will need supervision as the patio is not enclosed

LOCAL AREA

- Village store and newsagent/P.O. with internet cafe are a 2 minute walk

- The Old Inn pub and restaurant are about 10 minutes on foot

- Bodmin, Wadebridge and Camelford are all within a 10 mile radius

- The Camel Trail can be joined at Wenford Bridge only two miles away

- Beaches at Trebarwith, Port Isaac and Polzeath are about 9 miles

"Lovely house very spacious."
