Bodmin Bungalow is a single storey, light, spacious, attractive and comfortable detached bungalow in a prime position on the edge of a popular holiday park, close to Bodmin and Padstow. This bungalow has an open plan, kitchen, dining and living area with exposed stonework fireplace and sliding patio doors opening onto a patio with views over the countryside. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen provides all the essential items for a self catering holiday and the dining table seats 8 people. This bungalow makes a comfortable and relaxing holiday home for all the family.

The on-site leisure complex includes the indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, small shop and a cafe. These are all closed in the winter NOvemer to March.

Outdoors are two all-weather tennis courts, childrens play area, lakeside walking trails and a scenic jogging track. Two well-stocked coarse fishing lakes are also on-site.

The perfect retreat for a relaxing break and superb base for exploring cornwall at any time of year.

Also on site is segway, footgolf and the dreadlock escape rooms, extra charges apply for these activities.

Here you can enjoy a great family holiday home with three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, one double with a en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with the shower over the bath and a further twin bedroom. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower and a corner bath.

This bungalow has patio doors from the lounge opening onto its own patio area with garden furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the communal grounds. There is also ample off road parking. Bodmin Bungalow has electric storage heating & wall mounted panel heaters throughout, for warmth all year round.

This country park has a rich and natural ecological habitat incorporating large areas of woodland and lakes used for recreation and fishing. Here guests can enjoy over 90 acres of parkland, including two all-weather tennis courts, children's play area, lakeside walking trails and a scenic jogging track around the lakes and countryside.

Situated on-site The DreadLock Escape Rooms provide an exciting, indoor activity that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and experience. Can you escape the room in 6 minutes.

FootGolf is played on the old golf course using a football. The object of the game is to get the ball into the hole using only your feet in the fewest number of shots possible. FootGolf is a very 'addictive' sport as it combines the best of football and golf, two of the most popular sports in the world.

The Waterside coarse fishing lakes provide an unrivalled experience for amateur and experienced anglers alike. Unique in their size and maturity, the two lakes are well stocked with 12 species of fish, including common and mirror carp into double figures, as well as quality roach, rudd, bream and tench. Mixed catches of 50lb are common and the lake record stands at 156lb. Waterside fishing lakes are covered by their own licence and can be used by our guests. Fishing is free to residents and members. Any persons wishing to fish will need to report to reception. Equipment hire is £10 (first rod) please ask reception for details.

Well positioned in a diverse country estate with woodlands, lakes, marshland and a wide variety of flowers, fauna and wildlife. Bodmin Bungalow is in a good location for visiting nearby attractions and has everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable self catering family holiday in peaceful surroundings.

Located in the centre of Cornwall it is an ideal base for exploring all that this region has to offer. Within easy reach to both the Atlantic & Riviera coast, there are many fabulous beaches nearby, Watergate Bay, Rock, Padstow, Crantock etc. The original development is over 15 years old and the lakeside paths have now matured to form part of this 'green holiday destination'. An idyllic retreat in the heart of Cornwall.

Waterside is less than 1 mile from the A30 and nearby attractions are as follows: Eden Project 10 miles, Lost Gardens of Heligan 6 miles Padstow 17 miles, Bodmin Moor and the famous Jamaica Inn 25 miles, Newquay and Fowey, both 14 miles, and the city of Truro 19 miles.

Bodmin Bungalow is located at a holiday park which has a leisure complex with an indoor pool, gym, small shop and restaurant, the leisure complex is closed for the Winter from November to March.

BUT they need to stop advertising that there is a Gym, Swimming Pool and Restaurant on site, there is not! as the company that owns them is in administration for over 12 months.
