This one bedroom reverse accommodation cottage has been designed and built new in 2006 to give modern amenities with a traditional look. It has a small patio and a first floor deck, a large shower room and well equipped kitchen with views over the surrounding countryside.
Close to both north and south coasts, the Camel Trail, Bodmin Moor and several woods,this property is ideal for people who enjoy outdoor activities.

With historic houses ( Lanhydrock, Pencarrow etc.)and attractions such as shipwreck museums, aquariums and the Eden Project there is plenty to do, no matter what the weather.

The Bodmin / Nanstallon area

Put the car away for the day and walk or cycle the Camel Trail to find the local pub, Bodmin & Wenford Steam Railway and Camel Valley Vineyard.
Within 20 minutes drive you will find Lanhydrock House, Pencarrow House, the Eden Project, Wheal Martin china clay museum and other local attractions.
