Surrounded by fields, at the heart of endless footpaths, which lead direct from the door across the stunning countryside of the Weald of Kent, Bourne Farm Oast is a paradise for walkers and the perfect base to start and end your day however you may choose to spend it. Fisherman, golfers, horse riders even wine enthusiasts will all find time to pursue their interests no more than half an hour away. For sun lovers there are miles of breathtaking coastline and stretches of golden sand to enjoy and quaint old world tearooms to modern bistros, plus numerous pubs and cafes all provide the perfect respite when you need to take a break.
An outside staircase enters the Oast leading onto a balcony with garden furniture for al-fresco eating, or to simply sit and relax, whilst enjoying the spectacular views. The main body of the barn offers a light and airy open sitting room with decorative log burning stove (not functional) and an adjoining kitchen/dining area complete with French dresser and butler sink.
Set within the outer roundels, are the two delightful circular en-suite bedrooms with impressive 4m ceilings. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom enjoying rural views. The twin room has a walk-in wet room. Beneath the oast is a large well-equipped utility room and to the side is a private garden area.

Bourne Farm Oast is located near Cranbrook, one of the prettiest villages in the Weald of Kent, with charming period cottages overlooking a village pond with a fountain and friendly ducks. The winding village of Goudhurst has a delightful high street leads up to St Mary's Church which dates back to the 12th century and Henry I, and overlooks antique shops, tearooms, restaurants and pubs.This area of Kent is renowned for its vineyards, several of which are open to the public for tours and visits, and even the odd tasting as well. The beautiful Georgian Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is just 10 miles away with its stunning architecture, excellent shopping centre and of course you can take in the health-giving spring water that the town is renowned for.There are many things to do in the area from visiting the National Trust's fairytale castle at nearby Scotney Castle or the wonderful gardens of Sissinghurst Castle, to exploring nearby Bedgebury Pinetum, with its extensive walks, visitor centre and world renowned conifer collection. For the more adventurous, Bedgebury also offers challenging mountain-bike trails, and Go-Ape, the exciting zip line and treetop walk experience.
