Millview house has been totally modernised and provides luxury accommodation in stunning surroundings. It is located in the beautiful Strathspey countryside and has uninterrupted views of the Cairngorm Mountains. Situated just over a mile from the popular village of Boat of Garten, the home of the RSPB Osprey Reserve and the Strathspey Steam Railway, Millview will allow you to visit the village which has two well stocked shops, a restaurant, a hotel, tennis courts and a spectacular golf course.
Entrance - From the entrance there is access to an integral garage. There is an L-shaped hallway from which you can access to lounge, kitchen/dining area, bathroom and bedrooms.
Lounge - This room has an open fire, a 3 seater and 2 seater leather settee plus arm chair and a coffee table. There are large patio doors that lead out to the back garden and look out onto the field behind the property. You will also have use of a flat screen TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii and there also a variety of games and books in the sideboard for guests to make use of.
Kitchen - This is a spacious and airy kitchen that has plenty of natural light. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has an electric cooker, fitted fridge freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. There is also a dining table and chairs that sits 6 and a settee. You can access the back garden via the door in the kitchen.
Master Bedroom - With a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and an en-suite bathroom with mains fed shower, toilet and sink. There is also use of a hair dryer.
Second Bedroom - This room has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets. It has a Jack and Jill door to the family bathroom which can also accessed from the hallway.
Third Bedroom - This bedroom has two single beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets and an en-suite with mains fed shower, sink and toilet.
Family Bathroom - With a bath that has a mains shower, sink and toilet, there is a Jack and Jill door to the second bedroom.
Utility Room - The utility room has a washing machine, sink, tumble dryer, microwave, iron and ironing board plus all the cleaning utensils you require. There is a door that leads out to the gable end of the house allowing access to the drying area. Also, there are plenty hooks for hanging jackets.
Garage - There is a secure garage that is perfect for storing canoes, skis, bikes etc. It is also the ideal place to hang wet jackets or store boots to dry off after a day out walking.
Outside Area - The fenced garden can be accessed from the lounge and kitchen and has a patio area with a table and chairs for sitting out.
A 25% deposit is required on the day of booking to confirm your booking. The final balance of 75%, plus any refundable security deposit, will be due no later than 6 weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival the full amount will be due on the day of booking. Once a booking is made you will be liable for the full cost of the rental however from the time the booking is placed you have 24 hours to change your mind and cancel the booking and you will receive a full refund (less any card processing fees already paid). Key collection is available locally, details are sent by email as part of receipt of payment of the final balance. Full terms of rental can be viewed and printed off as part of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your rental should, due to any unforeseen event, you have to cancel your booking.

The Scottish Highlands region
If you take a few steps out of the front door of the house you will be at the River Spey and one of its many fishing pools. There are also a host of cycle routes and walks in the area. If you are a keen skier or hill climber, the Cairngorm Mountain Ski Resort is only a short drive away.
Boat of Garten
Also nearby is the popular tourist village of Aviemore. At only 7 miles away you can venture to the village and explore its many bars and restaurants or visit the swimming pool or cinema. Closer to Millview, you could take a walk along the Speyside Way and then take the Strathspey steam train back to Boat of Garten where you could then relax back at the house in tranquil surroundings and warm yourself up in front of a real coal fire.
The popular tourist village of Aviemore is only 7 miles away, where will you find many bars, restaurants, a cinema, and a swimming pool. Why not walk there along the Speyside Way and take the Steam Train back to Boat of Garten, then once back at Millview relax in the peaceful surroundings and toast your toes in front of a real coal fire.
