Our apartment is located just two minutes walk from lake Bled in a quiet part of Bled. There is a church near by and Bled's biggest attraction, Bled castle can be reached by a forest track in just ten minutes.
During the winter Bled offers a lot of activities, like skiing, cross country skiing, skating, sledding,... and if you are lucky you can even walk to Bled island on the frozen lake.
During other season in Bled you can never be bored, there is so many things you can do. You can swim in the lake, play golf, tennis, go for walks around lake Bled and its surrounding areas...
Bled offers a lot of possibilities for relaxing or active holidays for all generations.

By train: Direction from: Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, France --> Austria --> Jesenice --> Stop Lesce Bled. From there we can organize a taxi for you. From Italy --> Nova Gorica ( Gorizia) --> Jesenice--> Stop Bled Jezero. From Ljubljana Train towards Jesenice--> Stop Lesce Bled
By plane: Airport Ljubljana (Adria Airways, Easyjet, ..) From there, we can organize a taxi for you. Airport Klagenfurt (RyanAir) From there taxi to Bled. Airport Ronchi Take the bus to Monfalcone railway station - located some 5 kilometres from the airport. From there you can take the train to Ljubljana and then from Ljubljana to Bled-Lesce.
Or: Take the bus to Gorizia and then continue by train to Bled Jezero railway station. Then by taxi to Bled
