About the home

Located in a residential area of Blanes, Cala Sant Francesc, Costa Brava, Girona at only 400 meters to the beach. Ten minutes walking to the beach. Sea views and 1500 m2 of garden.
It is a one floor house, so all the rooms are spacious and confortables. There are three bedrooms, one with a two person bed and two bedrooms have two singles. The living with fireplace is spacious and there is also separate large dining room with fireplace. A kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. You can also find two complete bathrooms, one of them with bidet. On the porch of 35 m2 you can sit in the shade during summer and enjoy the sea view and of course is the garden of 1500 m2, perfect the children to play.
Garage for two cars.
There's a large comunal area with swiming pool of 25m. x 12 m., two tennis courts and a restaurant at about 100 meters.

The villa is to 1.5 kilometers of Blanes and 54 Km. to Barcelona.
In order to go by car from Barcelona to Cala Sant Francesc, it is necessary to take to the toll road del Maresme and to leave in the Blanes exit (it'is the last exit).
In the main road, go direction Lloret de Mar.
When you arrived to Blanes, you will find a traffic circle. and just after the second traffic circle you must to take a right deviation at level of the Hospital Comarcal de la Selva.
This highway leads to Urbanización Cala Sant Francesc.
You need between 75 and 90 minutes to arrived from Barcelona.
