About the home

Apartment of 1 room front to beach for 4-5 people, with a big terrace were you can sunbathe, take your meals and also with the sea views.It will be provided also acces to the comunity area of PINSUMER very complete and lovely, with pool and play-ground area with swings for children. Lot of light, modern and complete.

It has a main room with a big and comfortable bed, ventilators,TV, armcharis and window to the terrace with sea views.

In the living room there are a sofa-bed for 2 people more and also the option for an extra person if necessary. It also has a 2 relaxing-sofàs, very comfortable. It is really well equiped with Tv, Hi-fi, DVD, ventilators, heating in all the apartment.. From the living room you can go to the terrace wit a big table and chairs for 6 people. It has a lovely view to the sea, as the apartment is just close to the beach. Fantastic for takes your meals there, hearing the waves of the sea.

It has an integrated kitchen, complete & equiped with all necesary items for cooking and prepare your meals. (Fridge, Washing machine, Dish-machine, microwave, coffe machine, crockery, cutlery, etc..).

It also has a complete and modern bath, with shower, armchairs, etc..

The apartment is located in the same Maritim walk, just crossing the street and you will be in the beach.

Besides this one of the best community areas with playground with swings, large swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers and a small pool for babies, plus a garden with fountains.

It is also situated a few meters from a large supermarket and many shops around, from the typical tourist with souvenirs, banks and shops, even the most necessary of daily life such as bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, vegetable, etc.

The area also has bars and restaurants of various types for lunch or dinner, from the typical paella and fish, to pizzerias or to other more proprietary and home cooking, according to taste. All within 4-5 minutes walk.
