About the home

It is a new 2 rooms apartment, 3-4 years old, quality furnished, very very well equipped and really beautiful. Very modern with 32" Plasma TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, cutlery, the blinds are electrical, air conditioning integrated to the building, tub with hydromassage, etc.. Semiluxury (in fact I will use for myself some days in August.)

About the rooms, the main one, is a big double bed (1.5m) with a big armchair, completely exterior and beautiful & modern) . The other one is with 2 single beds. In case of 5 people, the other one can rest in the big sofa of the living room, It isn't a sofa bed, but is a really nice sofa, much more better than the normal sofa-bed o portable-beds. Also there is the possibility to get a baby cot or highchair if you have little babys.

The bath is also very modem and well equipped, with hydromassage. The kitchen is very complete and modern, all that you can think should be in a kitchen, for sure that it is.

There is also a nice swimming pool just for the people of this building (not so much people). There is a big balcony in the flat, it is very easy to find the apartment and there is the possibility to get a parking inside the same building.

The beaches of crystalline waters, sandy beaches and Mediterranean climate are very attractive to do all kinds of watersports, sailing, diving, etc.. Blanes continuous showing features of a quiet town of simple people who love their particular landscape.
