The villa is very well equipped with air conditioning throughout the villa, an elevator to all 3 floors and pool area also for wheelchair access, security cameras and alarm system, steam room, 4 large bedrooms, dressing room, 4 bathrooms, cinema/fitness room that can be used as a 5th bedroom with fitness equipment , and a 6th bedroom with kitchenette, shower, steamroom and toilet at pool level.
Electric shades for all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with American fridge, ceramic cooking plates, deep frying pan, oven, micro wave, ´Jura´ coffee machine. The kitchen has direct access to the spacious balcony.
You also have access to the private club in the bay with Olympic size pool, 2 tennis courts, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Costa Brava (rough coast) starts in Blanes and runs up north to the French border. The villa is located in the quiet residential bay of Santa Cristina with fabulous views over the Mediterranean. In 5 minutes you walk to the beautiful secluded beach with lots of green.
The Blanes / Cala San Francisco area
Located between Barcelona and Girona there are countless museums, attractions, markets, beaches at your disposal. Blanes disposes of a beautiful sand beach with a really nice boulevard with outdoor cafes and restaurants. It’s also very attractive to walk in the nice harbour. In the shopping labyrinth in the centre you can wander around for hours, while enjoying a nice glass of sangria now and then outside the nice cafes. It’s also worthwhile to visit the botanical gardens.
Blanes has a historical centre, and there is a fantastic wide and long sandy beach. If you go for a little bit sight seeing, you will find many small chapels worth visiting. Of course is Blanes famous for its botanical gardens, ‘Mar i Mutra’, designed by the German scientist Faust. Traditional are the markets (in Blanes and Tordera) and the international fireworks event.
