Villa Bella Vista is a design decorated villa, situated in a beautiful residential bay with fantastic views of the ocean, two beach areas and the old Seamen’s monastery.
The secluded beaches can be reached by foot (5 minutes) or by car (one minute) (ample parking at these beaches is always available!) Bella Vista, very well built three years ago using high standards and quality materials, has been decorated by an interior designer. It provides all the luxury, a pleasant decor and contemporary furniture and amenities for a careless and enjoyable stay.
Shopping and restaurants in Blanes are closeby and can be reached via the winding coastal road. (approx. 5 minutes) The nearby botanic gardens are a must to visit during your stay. As the name of the villa implies the views from the terraces, most bedrooms and pool-area second to none. Shade for lounging and siestas are provided by large garden umbrellas.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Costa Brava (rough coast) starts in Blanes and runs up north to the French border. The villa is located in the quiet residential bay of Santa Cristina with fabulous views over the Mediterranean. In 10 minutes you walk to the beautiful secluded beach with lots of green.
Blanes / Santa Cristina area
Located between Barcelona and Girona there are countless museums, attractions, markets, beaches at your disposal. Blanes disposes of a beautiful sand beach with a really nice boulevard with outdoor cafes and restaurants. It’s also very attractive to walk in the nice harbour. In the shopping labyrinth in the centre you can wander around for hours, while enjoying a nice glass of sangria now and then outside the nice cafes. It’s also worthwhile to visit the botanical gardens. Blanes has a historical centre, and there is a fantastic wide and long sandy beach. If you go for a little bit sight seeing, you will find many small chapels worth visiting. Of course is Blanes famous for its botanical gardens, ‘Mar i Mutra’, designed by the German scientist Faust. Traditional are the markets (in Blanes and Tordera) and the international fireworks event.
How to get there
Blanes is located 70 kms north of Barcelona and 45 kms from Girona. Girona airport, a mayor Ryanair destination is a 30 minute drive. Barcelona airport is 70 minutes. Blanes has a train station with direct links to Barcelona Centre and the airport.

Ground floor: This is one stairway up from the street and leads you to to the main living-area, kitchen, large separate dining room and another sitting area. Satellite TV/Stereo equipment/DVD are at your disposal.
In the hallway you'll find the toilet with shower. The kitchen has all the equipment you need (microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, over, ceramic cooking plates) and has direct access to the very large sun-terrace with teak garden furniture and a BBQ. Sliding doors from the living room also lead to this main terrace.
First floor: Here you will find the the master bedroom which has a bathroom en-suite. The master bedroom has a balcony with seaview. Furthermore there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and the 3rd bathroom. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk-beds to sleep four persons.
All bedrooms have built-in closets and are equipped with fans for a fresh breeze during summer nights. For the winter period the villa is equipped with central heating.

Parking: street parking or in garage.
Garden: In the garden behind this villa is a large private pool (7x3.5 mtrs) with a sunny terrace and 6 sun loungers. This area has sun all day and from here you have the ultimate Mediterranean view. Sunbrellas provide shade if wanted.
