Located in the residential area of Santa Cristina, between Blanes and Lloret, this villa faces the sea and is just 10 at a 10-minute walk from the beach.
Spacious (260m2) and comfortably equipped for a maximum of 7 people.
On the ground floor, Villa Beau Soleil has a large living room (tv, sat., Cd,dvd, hi-fi), well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the terrace, garden and private pool. BBQ and outside dining area.
The pool semi-salt. This means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes.
On the first floor, there's the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath tub) and terrace.
Another double bedroom, and one triple bedroom. Second spacious bathroom.
Garage for 2 cars.
You'll love contemplating the sea from the garden, sunning on the terrace or swimming in the pool.
In the area you'll enjoy many beaches, Sta. Cristina chapel, botanical garden, water park, nightlife, Ampurias, Begur, Figueras (Dali Museum), Barcelona.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Costa Brava (rough coast) starts in Blanes and runs up north to the French border. The villa is located in the quiet residential bay of Santa Cristina with fabulous views over the Mediterranean. In 10 minutes you walk to the beautiful secluded beach with lots of green.
The Blanes area
Located between Barcelona and Girona there are countless museums, attractions, markets, beaches at your disposal. Blanes disposes of a beautiful sand beach with a really nice boulevard with outdoor cafes and restaurants. It’s also very attractive to walk in the nice harbour. In the shopping labyrinth in the centre you can wander around for hours, while enjoying a nice glass of sangria now and then outside the nice cafes. It’s also worthwhile to visit the botanical gardens. Blanes has a historical centre, and there is a fantastic wide and long sandy beach. If you go for a little bit sight seeing, you will find many small chapels worth visiting. Of course is Blanes famous for its botanical gardens, ‘Mar i Mutra’, designed by the German scientist Faust. Traditional are the markets (in Blanes and Tordera) and the international fireworks event.
