BLAIRGOWRIE'S LOCATION
Blairgowrie sits within the historic county of Perthshire (also known as the Perth & Kinross), one of the largest and most important counties of Scotland. Perthshire is situated in the Central Scotland and Edinburgh region and connects the northern Highlands with the southern Lowlands, and the Highlands of the west with the Lowlands on the east.
"RIVER VIEW" HOLIDAY HOME ATMOSPHERE
Tucked behind Blairgowrie town centre among spectacular Scottish scenery, “River View” sits above the historic River Ericht (a major tributary of the River Tay) with its breathtaking scenery. Right outside you door, there is a sign-posted tourist walk along the River Ericht, that takes in the famous Cargills Leap – a popular, scenic walk favoured by locals and tourists alike.
This apartment offers an amazingly quiet and relaxing location within easy walking distance (5-10 minutes) of local amenities and restaurants. The only sounds you are likely to hear will be the soft rapids of the River Ericht below, and often a friendly bird, wild rabbit or squirrel popping out to say hello!
"RIVER VIEW" HOLIDAY HOME DESCRIPTION
The floor-to-ceiling patio windows in the apartment's open plan lounge catch an abundance of sunlight and allow access to an ample outside balcony with plenty of space for alfresco dining and from which you can appreciate the un-spoilt, pretty surroundings.
Fitted to a contemporary design with high-quality furnishings, the apartment’s dual aspect and single aspect rooms take in spectacular River views. The two light and airy double bedrooms include a very spacious master double bedroom with en-suite (wc/walk in double shower). The spacious, light, open-plan lounge with oak flooring features an L-shaped sofa, Freeview TV & DVD (with a small library of popular movies) and dining table sitting 4-6.

"Lovely stay in a peaceful setting with river view balcony, lots of good local walks, handy location for days out around Perthshire.
Apartment was spotless and modern with excellent facilities - washer drier a real bonus for rainy days! Plenty of space for our family (2 couples & a baby).
Local shops, bars, restaurants all within less than 1 minute walk, but apartment is nicely tucked in a secluded cul de sac beside river so no noise!
Recommended for any family"
