A unique luxury 4* self-catering house. This barn conversion is very spacious and fabulously comfortable with amazing views, in GlenIsla, Perthshire.

Set in 1200 acres of farmland it is the perfect rural retreat. The wood pellet burner keeps the whole house cosy with underfloor heating. An enclosed patio gives a perfect safe area for children and pets.The views from the granary are stunning with walks on your doorstop to view the wildlife or spot birds with our RSPB maps of the farm, Osprey nest close by as well as red squirrels and red deer.

There are four golf courses within 6 miles, fly fishing 1.5 miles, skiing 10 miles, horse riding 5 miles and the Cateran trail runs through the farm, this has a special geo-trail were medals can be collected (geo-caching). Breaks are normally Saturday to Saturday or 3 – 4 night short breaks. Shopping, Cooked Meals, beauty therapist and baby sitter can be arranged on request.

Incheoch is set at the foot of the Glenisla Glen, nestled in lush grassland leading up to heather hills. The highland fault line crosses the farm and a stunning waterfall the 'Reekie Linn' is just a stroll away from the door. Red and Roe deer as well as red squirrels are regular visitors to the granary - a must for wildlife lovers. The perfect place for a getaway with stunning views and walks on the door step. A lovely place to explore Scotland.

"An ideal base from which to walk The Cateran Trail"

We came to the Granary for a week while we walked The Cateran Trail - we could not have stayed anywhere better! The property itself is large, spaceous and very, very clean. The facilities in the Granary are outstanding - we loved the drying room (a luxury for us walkers) and the big sliding window onto the front area. We all felt right at home from the start and it was so much more than just a place to stay once we had finished our days walk. Debbie the owner is very friendly and helpful - on hand but not at all obtrusive, leaving us to enjoy our holiday.

"Fantastic place for a relaxing holiday!"

We had a wonderful spring holiday. The house is beautiful, my kids (2 and 5) loved being in the middle of a farm, especially with calves and lambs next door! Even my little brother (14) found plenty to keep him occupied with the pool table and darts board! The house is well stocked with puzzles and games for all ages and the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming.

We would thoroughly recommend this property for those looking for a relaxing base to explore Perthshire, Tayside and the highlands!

This place is just amazing we arrived to find cake and fresh eggs with a lovely welcome note. The house is so spacious and finished to a very high standard it just goes on forever. We had a party of 6 adults and 1 three year old staying everyone loved the house and the surrounding farm we could wander looking at the cattle and sheep with wee lambs there is also a big waterfall up the road my son was very impressed. I highly recommend a stay here I would definitely love to come back absolutely couldn't find fault any ware.

"Absolutely fantastic place to stay"

We arrived from Australia for work and cannot fault the Incheoch Granary. It is well equipped and very clean and tidy. It is an idyllic place to stay, with lovely walks and scenery. It is very cosy and Debbie is very helpful and every level. Would recommend anyone to stay for a short break or longer.
