Set in an elevated position above the road between Blackwater and the beaches of Wexford Bay, this property boasts an extensive decked area, running the length of the sea-facing façade. Furnished to a very high standard, the house offers several special features including a stylish lounge with open fire and sea views, a pretty mosaic-tiled wet room and a 12 jet Jacuzzi bath. With four bedrooms, the property is able to sleep a total of nine people, making it well suited for visits from larger families or groups of friends.

Blackwater area

Situated to the north of Rosslare, the village of Blackwater offers two shops, a selection of pubs and a restaurant serving delicious Thai food. Less than a mile away is the stunning coastline of Wexford Bay, which boasts 20 miles of impressive Blue Flag beaches and is backed by extensive dunes and nature trails. The heritage town of Wexford is close by and is composed of a maze of narrow streets, a historical quayside lined and a vibrant nightlife.

Other places of interest in the region include the town of Waterford, known for its crystal ornaments and unique knitwear, and the beautiful links golf course at St Helens. The nation’s capital – Dublin - is only 80 miles away and provides numerous, exciting activities.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
