Kintyre Cottage is a beautifully transformed three bedroom cottage, positioned on the edge of the Blackdown Hills in East Devon, just over half an hour from the Jurassic Coast and popular seaside resorts such as Beer, Branscombe and Lyme Regis. A haven for walkers this exquisite cottage is presented to the finest detail, with all the luxuries you might expect from a 5 star boutique hotel.

A pet friendly property, it will suit families or groups of friends looking for a spot of luxury in the countryside, ideally placed for exploring south and east Devon, and marvellously simply to access being less than 10 minutes drive from the M5. Set next door to the Millman racing stables you will also have the opportunity to take a guided tour around the stables should you wish. Peaceful and tranquil the location is idyllic. You have freedom to use the seven furlong gallops to the rear of the cottage for walks, and you will have prize position to view these beautiful horses as they file past for their daily exercise.

Walk through patio doors into the sumptuous living room, wood floors and soft leather sofas, inviting you to relax in supreme comfort. A glossy cream kitchen with granite work tops is well-equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a comfortable dining area to the far end of the room. Simple understated elegance is the theme throughout each bedroom, the master bedroom dressed in fine linens in an opulent, French renaissance style. There is a stylish modern family bathroom on the first floor with separate bath for soaking away weary bones after long walks in the country and also a separate shower cubicle. A further WC and double shower is on the ground floor.
