You arrived late, you wanted your twelve year old grandson to hold the key. You broke a window. You invited five extra guests from the village to stay at the house, which breaks the terms of the house. You broke part of the house and we had to charge you, writing a bad review is sour grapes for being charged for the damage. Happy future holidays.

Thank you for your feedback. We note all your points. With regards to the dishwasher, microwave etc , it clearly states that these are not at the house on the internet. We always try and do the best for all our guests and note that you left great comments in our visitors book. We clearly explained that the security deposit is taken in Sterling and returned in Euros, the refund is 150 euros and the remainder is kept for the cleaning charge. When our cleaners did the final check out clean on Friday it was noted that there were cigarette butts all over the garden, washing up in the sink and the toilet seat in the showeroom was broken. We have not charged you for this. We feel that we tried to make your stay enjoyable. Happy holidays in the future.
