This lovely self catering house set in the heart of Gower area of Swansea and close to the village of Mumbles. It offers the oppurtunity for a family visiting for a short break or holiday. Everything is literally on your door step including the popular tourism beach Caswell. This property benefits 4 bedrooms which can sleep up to 7 people. 1 main Bathroom with one being an en suite. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and a fantastic Arga cooker. The comfortable living room area has a TV with freeview and DVD player. A conservatory backs onto the living room which leads out to a private enclosed garden backing onto fields with horses. This house maybe suitable for one disabled person as one of the bedrooms is downstairs and so is the main bathroom.

Located in an attractive position close Mumbles, this bungalow is on the edge of the Gower penuisla voted first place of natural outstanding beauty. There is a lane next to the property which leads to Caswell beach, great for sunbathing, coastal walks or just a coffee and relaxtion.

How to get there
By car: M4 take J42 onto the A483 to Swansea. The property is approximately 9 miles from this junction. (A full set of directions are available on request). Many airlines fly into Cardiff International which is approximately 1 hour by car. The next closest airport is Bristol which is approximately 2 hours away. Alternatively all major airlines fly to London Heathrow and Gatwick which is approximately 3.5 hours by car. Trains also run hourly Mon - Friday from London Paddington.
