The Pig-Sty is a genuine converted pigsty It is very cosy with a log fire and central heating and is ideally situated for CHELTENHAM RACES 20 mins drive. Theatres in Birmingham, Worcester, Cheltenham and Stratford upon Avon.are all within easy reach. WINTER BREAKS are very POPULAR,you regulate your own heating and logs are free to take for your stay,

Every year improvements are made. A private car park has been built. This year the kitchen has been improved with a new oven and fridge with ice boix., new work top with room for a breakfast bar.There remains a large microwave and double sink.

It is detached and sits in the grounds of Peacock Barn, facing south, in spacious landscaped gardens with private patio overlooking fields to the River Avon, in the shelter of Bredon Hill. Situated at the lower end of a rural working village amongst the black and white thatched cottages. a "village only" road in an ox-bow of the river, the position is idyllic.

Peaceful garden with fresh herbs by the door and romantic areas to sit amongst the flowers and shrubs.

Superb views to the River Avon and up to Bredon Hill with the Malvern Hills to the West.

The Pig-Sty aces south, from it you can watch the sun rise over Bredon Hill, and set over the Malvern Hills. It is an ideal location for travelling to Cheltenham, Broadway, Stratford and the Cotswolds.

Secluded garden, includes private patio with wooden table and chairs and family size gas BBQ.

Ideal situation to observe local wildlife, with birds coming to bird feeder on the patio.

Children's tree house and goal for footballers.

The Central England/Cotswolds region

Birlingham is surrounded by the River Avon, you can watch the boats go through the lock at the bottom of the village. A small detour and yu can observe the water birds on the wetlands. The village is relaxing because there is no through traffic. The village road is ideal for cicuit training, the two loops combined are two miles. A gentle walk gives you time to observe the peaceful countryside.

The village is centrally located for visiting a wealth of renouned places-Stratford is upstream on the Avon. Book for the theatre on the internet.

The small villages around Bredon Hill must not be missed. A short drive and you have reached the Cotswolds with many walks and places to explore.

Drive West and you are into Wales in under an hour. Cardiff is a wonderful city to explore and the shops are expanding and many well known names are there, equally the restaurants offer everything you fancy.

IT IS AVAILABLE THIS YEAR HAVING BEEN BOOKED BY REGULAR VISITORS FOR TEN YEARS.

DINNER CAN BE ARRANGED

EXTRA ROOM IN HOUSE SO THAT 7 PEOPLE CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.

"Just What We Hoped For - Planning To Visit Again."

A lovely cottage and garden. So peaceful. Good position for getting about by car.

Everything you want from this part of England is within reasonable reach.

You are not too far from Wales either !!
