Martins Five Barn is ideal for anyone wanting a holiday in close range of all the facilities in West Sussex. It is designed to offer maximum flexibility for tenants with a feeling of real space in the vaulted main rooms. There is a main section with living and dining areas, off which is a fully fitted kitchen and a cloakroom appointed for wheelchair use. The two main bedrooms, both of which have en-suite facilities also lead off from the main space. In addition, there is a mezzanine deck looking out over the main area of the Barn.

Outside, there is plenty of parking and a secluded garden table and chairs with a BBQ.

The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, toaster, fridge and freezer with an electric hob and fan oven. Everything you need for catering is provided. There is a TV with Freeview channels, DVD player and full Wi-Fi connectivity.

The barn was designed with disabled access and Doc-M facilities.

Dogs can be brought to the barn by previous arrangement.

The Barn is very well secluded but there is plenty of room for parking of at least two cars on private land and covered space for bicycles. Boats on trailers can also be parked by previous agreement. There is a leisure area outside the Barn, which faces south and is a real sun trap. There is a gas BBQ available.

The property is a 10 minute walk from Birdham Pool and Chichester Marina on the Salterns Way. There are bicycle paths and walks all round the area down to Itchenor and Wittering in the South and up to Dell Qua and Chichester in the north.

Birdham is situated on the south coast of England on the Manhood Peninsula in the heart of West Sussex. People say that the Manhood Peninsula has its own micro-climate. If there is good weather to be enjoyed, this pocket by the sea is the place to find it.

Lying 3 miles south of the City of Chichester, there are plenty of places of great interest to visit within 30 minutes drive. Arundel Castle is 10 miles to the East, Goodwood House is next to Chichester and Portsmouth is only 25 miles to the West. There are dozens of places of interest to visit.


Whether you are planning to go sailing in Chichester Harbour, going to the Festival or MinervaTheatres at Chichester, attending either the racing or motor sport events at Goodwood or just spending lazy days on the beach at Wittering, the Barn is ideally positioned on the outskirts of Birdham village.
