Villa location is very central for our local village of San Climent, with great restaurants and facilities. So although being in a peaceful and tranquil setting we are very convenient for beaches and Resorts. Mahon is only 15 mins away. Whether it be Sight Seeing, Water Sports, Walking or chilling out by the pool this could be just the villa for you A holiday at this property is paradise in itself. An ideal place to chill out and recharge your batteries.
The villa benifits from its own private pool with shallow end for children. Leading from the lounge onto a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and superb natural country scenery, the terrace is furnished for dining al fresco in confort. As we have 3 double bedrooms the villa is ideal for a family with much to see and do in the surrounding area.

The Menorca region
Mont Toro. (Monastery) spectacular views see from end to end of the island. Aqua Parks which are located at Ciutadella and Cala`n Bosch ideal for children and big kids. Tennis Club in Sant Lluis. 18 Hole Golf at Son Parc. Plus Tennis Courts for hire. Also has a lovely safe sandy beach for children. Keen Twitchers would find feather bird life very interesting here, as the S`Albufera Es Grau is only a 15 min drive away. It is under the The World Wild Life Fund and declared a Nature Reserve. Es Gra is at the sea entrance is an excellant beach for children with very good restaurants too. The Hoopoe Bird of Menorca breeds in the surround olive grove ravine behind our villa also seen are a variety of Eagles. Cala Torret has a very good Scuba Dive School Centre also a great selection of Restaurants. We can reccomend a visit to the "Binisues "Restaurant/Museum, clearly marked on the road leading to Ciutadella, about 15 mins away. It also has very interesting gardens. The Children would love the Animal Park on the way to As Mercadel, where they can feed the baby goats and interact with some animals. Climate: For sunworshippers July/August. For a more comfortable heat MayJune/September/October.
Binixiquer / San Climent area
Sant Climent has its own Fiesta the 3rd weekend of August. Although a small village it has its own Church, Chemist, a well stocked Spa Supermarket, 2 Banks, Bakery & Beauty Salon. "TheCasino", which is a Restauran/Bar has aJazz Club on Tuesday Evenings and has visiting Jazz Musicians from all over the world. Berto is your friendly waiter who has been with the Casin for many years. Walking time from villa into Sant Climent via the lane at the rear of our villa taking you through the valley & conservation area takes approx 20 mins. There are also a couple of Bars & very good Restaurants in the village. New to San Climent in the last year is a wonderful new sweet shop called "Can Dulce". Pure indulgence a must visit for our clients to the chocklate shop where you can buy old fashion sweets also. Beaches within a radius of approx 5 Km are: Canutells small & sandy. Cala en Porter safe for children as is Binissafuller and Binibequer all bucket and spade beaches within a short drive from our villa.

Flights available from all major airlines to Mahon. Car hire from Autos Amegos in Menorca or arrangements can be made through us. There are local taxis available.

Rear gardens overlook a wild olive grove ravine and you can see in the distance a very old Farmhouse on the sky line.
