Located on the south coast between Binibecca and Canutels this typical Menorcan Villa set in 1000 metres of land has been totally refurbished in 2005/06 to a very high standard. The sandy beach/cove is 2 minutes away with pleasant walks along this rugged coastline nearby. There are several cafes/restaurants locally and the town of San Luis is a 10 minute drive with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Mahon the capital is a 20min drive and golf at Son Parc about 30min drive
The Villa has a covered terrace, a walled courtyard and a sun terrace with a 9m x 4m pool, outside shower and a barbecue. The accommodation consists of four bedrooms and will sleep up to eight people. Two bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. There is also a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, a walk in wardrobe with a secure safe, en suite shower room and French doors on to the courtyard.
This Villa provides a spacious and comfortable home base for an enjoyable holiday.

The Menorca region
The island of Menorca has a slower pace of life than the UK. Ideal for a relaxed holiday. Night life is there in Mahon and other towns. Places of interest for the historian are many. Ancient Cathedrals,Churches, Burial places, and other historic buildings. The habour of Mahon is a superb sight especially to boat and ship .enthusiasts Various harbour trips are available. The nature reserve with fresh water lakes at Albufura is worth a visit on cooler days.The climate in May is similar to a normal English summer with the temperature rising considerably by August.
Binisafua / Binisafua Playa area
Binisafua is a small coastal village and very Spanish. The tennis club and restaurant is close by. The nearest bar/restaurant is 2min walk from the Villa. The village of San Climent is a 10min drive away with interesting shops and the Casino bar and restaurant with Jazz nights on Tuesdays with visiting musicians. Diving is available at S'Algar about 15min by car and windsurfing at Fornells about a 45min drive

Bedroom 4 has two single beds which can be placed together, en suite shower room and hanging wardrobe with shelves and several drawer units.The living areas consist of a lounge with two sofas, a single armchair, and satellite free to view TV with digital radio stations. DVD, video, tape and CD facilities. French doors lead to the courtyard and a sliding window provides good views of the coastline. There are three steps up to the dining area with traditional Menorcan furniture. The bespoke fitted kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The utility room has storage for brooms, ironing board, iron etc. Washing machine, tumble dryer. The inner hallway has a writing desk, wood burning stove for the cooler months and coat hanging space. The living areas and master bedroom have fixed ceiling fans and portable fans are available for other rooms. Oil filled radiators are available for early and late season visits.
This is a real home from home accommodation with everything provided for a comfortable stay. A cot is available within the rental also a basic food pack.
Further details outdoors: Tables, chairs sunloungers and shades are provided for the walled courtyard and pool terrace. An external shower is positioned near the pool and a covered terrace to the front provides a cooler area for relaxing out of the sun. The front garden is stocked with many colourful shrubs, plants and trees.
