Casa Alta, completed for 2008 is a stunning modern villa. 4 bedrooms all en suite, sea views, ducted air-con/heating (whole house), pool heating and UK sat TV. Built with much care and attention to detail and high quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The front door opens from an impressive in-and-out driveway into a large spacious open plan living and dining room with the kitchen at its heart. The layout gives 2 main bedroom areas, both with a king and a twin bedroom. This makes the villa very suitable for 2 families seeking a sociable living space but privacy also.The villa's location at the highest point of Binibeca Vell affords splendid views over sea and countryside from all areas of the villa and garden. Binibeca Vell is situated in the south east corner of the island, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a popular family location, consisting mainly of white washed villas with a beautiful sandy beach nearby. There is a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket in the traffic free Fishing Village, just 5 minutes walk away.

Coast/Beach
The beach of Binibeca is a 2 minute drive or a 10 to 15 min walk away. Access is down a few steps through a shady wooded area, ideal for picnics. There are sunloungers, parasols, watercraft and kayaks for hire on a lovely sandy beach, sheltered and safe for non-swimmers. The oldest beach bar on the island, ‘Los Bucaneros’ provides excellent food, drink and ice-cream. There is also a ‘Little Train’ that travels the coast road between Binibeca Vell and Punta Prima, another popular resort.

Distances
Within a few mins walk from the villa, there is the ‘Poblador des Pescadores’ or Fishing Village. Here you will find a small supermarket and restaurants in an attractive cobbled traffic free environment. Well worth a visit is ‘Sa Botiga’ in S'Ullastrar, a wonderful deli style supermarket, 5 mins drive away. In Sant Lluis, there is a good range of local shops, bars, restaurants and banks, as well as a petrol station. The historic and beautiful capital, Mahon, is just a short drive away.

“dream villa” great villa, fantastic location, everything you want from a holiday home, we arrived a little early on our first day, the villa was still being cleaned, but nothing was too much trouble for nigel and denise who look after the villa,, the pool heat makes all the difference when youve got kids as young as ours, I would recommend the pool heat in may, weve experienced a lot of villa holidays across europe and america, and this villas up there with the best, well designed, tastefully decorated, and maxine and chris have been extremly helpfull throughout, from the booking, to the directions etc, we will certainly be going back, binibeca beach, what a fantastic beach for young and old alike, great beach bar not too busy,
