Binibeca Vell is situated in the south east corner of the island, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a popular family location, consisting mainly of white washed villas with a beautiful sandy beach nearby. There is a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket in the traffic free Fishing Village, just 5 minutes walk away.

The Menorca region
Coast/Beach The beach of Binibeca is a few minutes drive or a 15 min walk away. Access is down a few steps through a shady wooded area, ideal for picnics. There are sunloungers, parasols, watercraft and kayaks for hire on a lovely sandy beach, sheltered and safe for non-swimmers. The oldest beach bar on the island, ‘Los Bucaneros’ provides excellent food, drink and ice-cream. There is also a ‘Little Train’ that travels the coast road between Binibeca Vell and Punta Prima, another popular resort.

Distances Within a few mins walk from the villa, there is the ‘Poblador des Pescadores’ or Fishing Village. Here you will find a small supermarket and restaurants in an attractive cobbled traffic free environment. Well worth a visit is ‘Sa Botiga’ in S'Ullastrar, a wonderful deli style supermarket, 5 mins drive away. In Sant Lluis, there is a good range of local shops, bars, restaurants and banks, as well as a petrol station. The historic and beautiful capital, Mahon, is just a short drive away.
