Home description

Very charming and traditional Menorcan villa which is located just three minutes’ walk from the sea, in one of the most luxurious urbanisations Binisafua-Roters, next Binibeca Vell in quiet location in the south of the island Menorca. In the complete urbanisation there is no hotel or apartment-complex located besides the Binibeca Club which is at the end of the neighbour urbanisation. San Lluis is just ten minutes by car and Mahon aprox. 15 minutes to drive. Several good restaurants are just a walk away like Binibeca Club or Club Nautico Binisafua. The very well sorted "supermarket" Bodega S´Uestra is five minutes by car.

The Menorca region

Menorca´s landscape is characterized of old oak trees, vintage stone walls,

The climate is typical mediterranean with moderate temperature at the days in the winter (up to 16 ° C) and with very warm days up to 30 ° C and more in the high season in summer. Due to the permanent wind called Tramuntana the climate even in summer is a lot more comfartable than in other comparable regions.

General characteristics of Menorca is that it is a quiet, rather flat island with fantastic beaches, clear water and romantic restaurants!

The capitol Mahon has a very nice old town with international label stores and regional traders. A special spot is the fish market in Mahon which is really interesting for "early birds".

Even in the summer it is not crowded but lovely and familiar and the perfect destination for a holiday with the family and friends to relax, boat, dive, scuba-dive or playing golf at the only golf course in Son Parc or just hang around.

Because of the history and a former brithish government the island is strongly characterized with a lot british influence.

The harbour of Mahon, Binibeca Vell, Ciuatadella and the beaches of Son Bou, Son Parc, Santo Tomas are of high interest and a must for every visitor.

Furthermore there are a lot of historic monuments, archeological excavations called "Taulas" and "Navetes" which are interesting spots for excursions.

Menorca conserved its traditions, landscape and beaches.

In 1998 Menorca was decorated a reserve of the Biosphere.


Binibeca / Binibeca Vell area

Binisafua Roters next to Binibeca ist one of the most exclusive urbanisations all over Menorca.

It is located in the south part of the island with perfect access to several small but nice beaches and bays with "carrebean water".

Due to the location in the south of the island one has just a view minutes by car to wonderful beaches like Binibeca, Punta Prima or Binisafua Playa.

There are no big hotels around but only exclusive holiday villas and homes of residents.

Supermarkets are in the village of Binibeca Vell and especially the "Bodega de S Úestra" can be recommended.
