Our villa offers a great location and comfort in spacious grounds for the PERFECT FAMILY BEACH HOLIDAY.

There are 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms:

- Three bedrooms have double beds, the fourth has twins, all are fitted with ceiling fans & mosquito nets.

- Two of the bathrooms are en-suites, one a large room attaching to the master bedroom.

In addition to the main kitchen, an additional kitchenette has been added to the side of the dining room.

Built on two plots of land, the villa is secluded from neighbouring villas & set on a quiet road in the best part of Binibeca with stunning views from the roof, beyond the beach, across the Mediterranean.

It is a five minute walk to the beach & close to various restaurants; 2 supermarkets; a dive centre and tennis courts. We have 2 tennis rackets which can be made available on request.

The swimming pool is in a private secluded setting, measuring 8m long, 4m wide, 1m at the shallow end and 2m deep. It was retiled in 2012 adding new inside lighting. The pool is ideal for all ages however it is important that CHILDREN ARE SUPERVISED WHILST IN AND AROUND THE POOL AT ALL TIMES.

The villa is furnished in traditional style with air-con in the living room. The TV has a freeview digibox & DVD.

Fresh linen & bathroom towels are provided each week. Additional deliveries can be arranged through our agents who live close by & are quick to offer assistance if anything is needed during your stay.

It takes 15 minutes to drive from the airport (taxi €25) which is close to the main town of Mahón (Maó), famous for its large natural port. Mahón is a great place for shopping by day & for restaurants and bars in the evening. For golfers there is a picturesque 18 hole golf course on the north of the island at Son Parc.

Binibeca (Binibèquer) retains its charm, remaining unspoilt & very much unchanged since our first family holiday 40 years ago. Most resorts have developed out of small fishing villages or around a sandy bay & many of the properties are single storey villas with distinctive whitewashed walls and red topped roof tiles.

The island has over 50 sandy beaches so one is never far away. A number have developed to cater for tourists but there are also many sheltered beach coves, hidden away and largely untouched.

The Balearic Islands region

Binibeca is split into two halves: Binibeca Vell and Binibeca Nou.

Binibeca Vell is built up around an area called the Fishing Village with a lovely coastline that leads to Binisafua. Binibeca Nou is built up around the beach which makes it the more convenient part of the resort to be located if you have children.

A meal at lunchtime at Los Bucaneros on the beach is a must. You need to book early for shoulder of lamb. If you would like to eat out locally in the evenings, the restaurants are all worth a visit, alternatively the Paupa bar near the beach is good to late night drinks and an occasional live band.

Binibeca

The capital Mahón has built up around the harbour extending three and a half miles inland, the second largest natural harbour in the world.

Over the years redundant warehouses lining the port have been transformed into welcoming restaurants and chic boutiques overlooking a wealth of boats proudly on display.

A famous attraction is the 18th century Xoriguer Gin Distillery with enormous copper stills that offers almost 100 varieties of gin. The harbour is a great place to start your holiday and an even better way to finish your evening.
