Two delightful semi-detached villas, comfortably sleeping 4 guests in each villa, they can be rented individually for family holidays or together for guests with extended family or friends.
Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, San Patricia and San Clara have lovely sea views from the terrace and lounge, the brand new pool which is for the use of the two villas only takes pride of place in the garden, the new terrace surrounding the pool is very well equipped with loungers. Each villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, lounge dining room, furnished terrace and barbacue. They are beautifully furnished with brand new furniture, beds and accessories, english satellite tv, dvd, large selection of toys, games,books, dvd´s for the whole family to enjoy, with many extras making these villas an ideal location to enjoy your holiday. The villas are south facing so enjoy the sun from breakfast until it sets over the sea, the sunsets are apsolutely spectacular. All amenities,shops,cafes,restaurants,supermarkets and the beach are a short walk away so car hire is not essential..

The Menorca region
Menorca is a beautiful unspoilt island perfect for families or couples, the unspoilet beaches are superb and some even have the beach bars still on the beach. The farthest distance between the island is 45 minutes so nothing is too far away.
Binibeca area
Binibeca is a lovely location for holidays, with the traditional fishing village with its mousehole passageways leading to the harbourside a must see, there are bars, cafes, shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa. The beautiful Binibecca beach is apsolutely amazing with turquoise sea and white soft sand, there is a fabulous beach bar set right on the waters edge and all the traditional water sports. There is a little land train that runs between Binibecca and the next resort of Punta Prima which is ideal for those who donot want to hire a car. Tennis, diving, horseriding and water sports are all close at hand. The Port of Mahon with its famous harbour, miliionaire boats and cruise ships is only 15 minutes away.

The lovely light lounge area has patio doors leading onto the pool terrace and french windows leading onto the dining terrace, both these have sea views, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything brand new for 2008. Lots of books, DVDs, CDs, games ,and toy boxes will entertain the whole family. The master bedroom with double bed is beautifully furnished with quality furniture and furnishings, the twin room again is very well presented, the full bathroom services the two bedrooms. The outside area is delightful and is for the sole use of the two villas, with brand new swimming pool 2008 with internal steps and brand new terrace very well furnished. Barbaque and children's playtable, seating area and sand pit in the garden comlete the outside area.
The villa is south facing so enjoys the sun all day and finished with spectacular sunsets over the sea, an ideal location to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Further details outdoors: The south facing terrace has a brand new swimming pool for 2008 which is for the sole use of the two villas, it is very well equipped with loungers and discreatly in the grounds are sand pits, pay tables and children's seating areas.

Holiday arrival is on a Friday with one 5 day break with a Monday arrival. Arrival time is 4pm and departure 10am, (we always try and accommodate our guests as early as possible in the villas), 25% deposit on booking and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before holiday start date. 200 pound security deposit is requested but will be returned to you. Payment by CREDIT CARD, payment into our english account, direct bank transfer or cheque. British standard cot, high chair, bed guards,fans, food pack and private airport transfer in airconditioned vehicles with complimentary beverage tray can be ordered as extras.
